Chapter 237
The second day of shooting was far more interesting for Madeline and Lance because it was time for George to play his role as Lance in the movie.
"Are you excited?" Madeline asked Lance as they settled into their director’s seats. "This is George’s first time acting, and he’s already in a big project. Maybe if his acting is phenomenal, he’ll switch job from neurosurgeon to an actor."
Lance scoffed, "He’s just lucky to be my brother, so it’s not hard to play as me because we look alike."
"Don’t be so harsh on him. We both know that he’s objectively the best actor to portray you," Madeline sighed.
"Hmph! I only picked him because you told me to. You know I can’t refuse what you asked for," Lance continued dodging, though Madeline knew that Lance made sure George was well prepared for his role.
For some reason, these three brothers never wanted to admit how much they loved each other.
It could be the pride of a man, or perhaps they were just not into showing affection.
George and Olga walked into the set, ready for their first scene together. They were dressed in the outfits Lance and Madeline wore during their first meeting in Madeline’s dressing room after her talk show with Larry.
"Are you guys ready?" Madeline asked kindly as she set up the small screen before her. "Don’t be nervous, okay?"
"Yes, Miss!" Olga said excitedly. She glanced at George and couldn’t help but admire him.
He wasn’t as well-built as the real Lancelot Grant and wore prescription glasses. But once he got into character, Olga saw a second Lance instead.
She had no attraction to the real Lancelot Grant; it was obvious he was in love with Madeline, and Olga wasn’t a total bitch who would hurt someone who helped her. She knew how to be grateful.
