Chapter 35
"I’m already in a bad mood. The more you talk shit about me, the uglier it can get," Madeline threatened, but her voice was still cold and calm. "I almost ruined a man’s marriage before, and I almost made a child lose his father. I am the worst bitch you will ever meet."
The threat was proven to be quite effective because Olga stopped grinning once she felt the awful hostility coming from Madeline.
She took a step back instinctively out of fear but realized she was getting intimidated by Madeline, a woman with no shame.
So she tried to puff her chest and said, "I will tell them you’re bullying me. They won’t believe you even if you cry blood in front of them."
"I don’t give a damn to what the staff thought about me. I am far more important than all of you combined," Madeline said. "But since you want to lie and say that I’m bullying you, how about we make it real instead?"
Madeline suddenly grabbed Olga’s collar and yanked her.
Olga gasped when Madeline clenched her fist, ready to punch Olga in the face.
"Hiii!" Olga closed her eyes out of fear. "I—I will report you! I will fucking report you for bullying a staff!"
Madeline was ready to at least break the bones of this woman in front of her. But someone suddenly grabbed her wrist.
She turned her head and saw a beautiful black woman with long hair. The woman had piercings on her nose, lips, and eyebrows. She also had a long dreadlock that she decorated with gold rings.
