Viviana walked through the hilly road with the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks to her side. She decided to take the scenic route to have rational pondering.
For some reason, her brain which would not stop being loud, became so silent that she got scared. She did not like the bitterness that was brewing in her heart.
Even the thought of Leander made her skin crawl. How could he deny the truth from her?
He didn’t want a child and he denied the truth to her. How cruel of him!
There was no use blaming Katerina and the others. They are paid workers of Leander. They will have to listen to him. If they didn’t listen to him and take her side, they will face dire consequences.
That was the reason why she asked them not to let Leander know that she knows the truth. She could see the relief on their faces.
Also, this is a matter between a married couple. It should be dealt with between them. She is not going to complain to others or involve others in any way.
