Chapter 137: A mother’s rage
Hearing Kyle scream xia immediately turned, as she could see he was now engaged in a battle with a ghostly figure. Her face further contorted into a frown, seeing a claw mark across his chest.
"K-kyle." She muttered in anger, her left fist clenched tightly as the black spike hand hardened more. Elongating to a hight of 5 meters, pulsing with a strange energy.
"Argh!" She shot forward like a bullet, killing any goblin or troll in her way without mercy. Her eyes bloodshot, staring down the creature that dared to hurt her son.
"Die.." she barely said adrenaline coursing through her veins, surging the black Gooey substance more as she pierced it forward.
Kyle wanted to warn his mom her attacks would simply pass through, but he was shocked to the core to see her attacks have an effect.
"Screech!" The wraith let out a ghastly screech clutching it’s chest, as xia’s spike was now protruding out it’s back. The wraith’s ghostly body was squirming about, as it’s regenerating ability tried to kick in but was blocked, by xia’s strange black spike.
Not giving it chance xia pushed more deeper, then making a vertical slash upwards decapicating the wraith. Turning she clutched down to Kyle, using her left hand to softly rub his cheeks.
"A-are you ok?" She asked with worried filled eyes, staring at Kyle like a priceless artifact that was just about to be destroyed.
"A-am alright mom. Are you?" Kyle didn’t know why he asked that, maybe because he was still shocked or confused. Looking at him weirdly, xia let out a light smile gently pinching his cheeks.
"Momma’s fine.." xia smiled helping Kyle to his feet.
[Woah! Your mom’s more badass than you.] Snow said with a bit of shock and disbelief, witnessing a mother’s rage.
