Chapter 136: Wraiths
Kyle and his parents with the help of all the other prisoners, quickly overpowered the goblins with their numbers.
"Come on everyone. Kill these bastards that stole your lives from you!" Kyle cheered to which they shouted with vigor, violently attacking the goblins. Kyle used dark flames sometimes using death’s call, for a more larger group of goblins. His parents used their strange transformation ability, using their sharp dark spikes hand to slaughter the goblins.
While the prisoners used the strange brown staff to set the goblins ablaze, while the rest barbarically killed them. It didn’t take long, before the last group of goblin guards were killed by Kyle and his team.
’Now where do we go snow?’
[Wait, while I scan the area.] Snow calmly said, initiating a deep thermal scan around the perimeter.
[There.. that wall is our way to escape.] Snow said to which Kyle nodded, gesturing the crowds of prisoners to the huge wall in front of them.
’So now what?’ Kyle asked impatient, earning a grunt from snow.
[Tsk I don’t know.. you’re the demon here, aren’t you supposed to have an idea.] Snow spoke in an annoyed tone, to which Kyle rolled his eyes at her.
’You could’ve said this earlier before we killed the last guard.’ Kyle frowned, as he was certain he would’ve gotten somewhat information from the goblin.
[I-i should’ve said something? Weren’t you the one yelling out orders, leader..] Snow sarcastically said, snorting a bit. Placing his hand to his chin, Kyle was pondering on how to get this wall open. He tried punching it, but each time he’d be flung back a bit by an invisible force, like a forcefield.
And using dark flames was just as pouring water on it, as it had no effect whatsoever on the wall. Death’s call was somewhat better than dark flames, but other than making small bang sounds it did little to no damage at all.
