There were days Heaven wished she knew nothing about the underground world. If only she didn’t have a deeper understanding of that side of the world, she would have lived her life in blissful ignorance. But at the same time, she was grateful.
If she was oblivious, she was bound to lose everything without even realizing it. Her husband, her son, this new life, and everything. If Dominic fell, her life would be over. And that was an unchanging fact.
After their meal, Heaven went to the gym to clear her head. Thanks to Dominic’s assistance and vigor in bed, her body quickly grew used to her fitness routine. Meanwhile, Dominic went with Sebastian after the meal, telling her not to worry about him as he would help their son go through his nightly routine.
With that being said, the three separated to spend the next two hours settling on what was needed.
The first hour passed in a blur as Heaven almost didn’t notice the time. She hit the gym without a problem, successfully clearing her mind and concocting a plan to prepare for the worst. Her only goal was to prevent any harm befell this family and at the same time, get to the bottom of her concern.
After she finished her fitness routine, Heaven immediately went to shower to prepare for their first family movie night. The thought of it thrilled her, wanting to focus on spending the next few hours enjoying it with her husband and son. She could deal with this maid later.
Thus, half an hour before the two-hour mark, Heaven went to the mansion’s cellar to grab a bottle of wine for her and Dominic to enjoy while watching a movie. She could use the rest of the time to make quick snacks for Sebastian.
But alas...
"Wow... it’s not the first time I’ve gone to this place, but it’s the first I get to appreciate the wine cellar." Heaven looked around, her jaw falling as all types of wine were in this place.
