Static-Sand Battle
Today is the first day in quite a long while that Spider-Woman has been forced to fight against someone new without having someone to help, and worse off, the things she was fighting had powers over electricity and sand for some reason.
So how the heck does someone even fight electricity? Sand was far easier to fight against since her webs could just stick everything together inside a massive airtight net and scoop everything inside it.
Meanwhile, the static man can't really be hit by anything, as it either goes right through him or burns upon contact, or the man grabs it and drags Spider-Woman towards him as he punches her stomach as hard as he possibly could.
???: "YES! THIS IS WHAT I'VE ALWAYS WANTED! ALL WILL BOW DOWN BEFORE THE MIGHT OF ELECTRO (maniacally laughs)!"
Spider-Woman just looked up as she tried to web attack the man, but nothing she did seemed to work, as he kept eating all the power generated by the generators around them, along with just anything that had an electric charge.
Suddenly a dark whisper tingles in her ear as something dark, evil, and honest with her inner darkness tells her how she could win the battle.
???: "Eeeeaaattt themmmm..."
Spider-Woman: "NO!"
Electro: "Yesss! I am a god! And I shall remake the world into my own image!"
???: "(Sound like the darkness but feminine) Devourr them! Consume their blood, hearts, and SOULS. Oonly then shall we be strong enough to WIN!"
Spider-Woman grew some fangs from her mouth but thanks to her mask they were hidden as she slammed her wrist into her jaw as hard as she possibly could and broke them off.
But unlike normal teeth they formed something hard yet liquid like as what was the fangs forced themselves back into her jaw which was a very weird feeling that made her extremely embarrassed as it reminded her of something a female classmate told her.
Grasping the ground as hard as she possibly could Spider-Woman throws the dirt straight at Electro who just wondered what the heck what was going on as of all things why the heck did, she think dirt would work against him?
With her knowledge of science, Spider-Woman grabbed some of the sand that was littered around after her battle with Sandman and used that along with some of her webs to make little sand bombs that she threw as hard as she could at Electro over and over again as she formed a glass cage around Electro.
Thankfully the glass was air-tight, as otherwise she might have had to do what the dark whisper was tempting her to do, and that was the last thing she was ever going to even attempt to do, as she was a firm believer in that all life mattered, and if she was willing to kill anyone, even bad guys, then she'd be no better than Jake!
Webbing up both crooks, Spider-Woman starts swinging through her city, and as she drops the guys off at the nearest police station, thanks to her many years of helping the city, she's managed to garner a good enough relationship that not all of them began shooting at her.
Now that she's finished her heroics for the night Spider-Woman started going home and when the police opened up the cases, they forgot to place the bad guys in the anti-power cells and got shocked and dryed to death.
The duo once again free to do as they pleased, Electro broke into the police building, and while he wasn't there to really kill any officer, he did come inside with a desire to kill the man who turned him into this freak of nature he finds himself as.
Sandman didn't really care about his new form. In fact, he actually enjoyed it a lot, as it increased his physical abilities along with giving him far easier access to anything he could ever want to steal, and since his daughter was already an adult, he didn't really need to follow the promise anymore, right?
Sandman: "What the heck are you doing here?"
Electro: "(Suddenly appears in front of Sandman) Finding my target of revenge! What about you?"
Sandman: "(Shrugs) I don't really know, as the only person I really care about doesn't really know I even exist anymore, and I really don't know what to do with my life."
Electro: "Want to help me with my revenge?"
Sandman: "Look. I may talk a mean talk, but I ain't no killa. I respect the offer, but I'm just going to be on my way doing what I do best but as a contract worker instead of working under someone."
Without waiting for Electro to say anything, Sandman turned into a sandstorm as he used the wind to fly away towards some place with lots of sand, probably, as most of the sand that made up his body was still inside the building.
Electro doesn't really care as he fries the remaining sand so no one can seal him inside glass again.
Quickly flying through every floor and room, Electro frees everyone inside the cells as he looks through the computers for the man that ruined his old life but gave him a far better life in turn, and he just wanted to "thank" him.
Electro: "DAMN IT!"
Electro punches his fist through the computer monitor, frying everything connected to it along with blowing up the monitor in the process as well as creating a massive black singed mark on the wall that looks like a comic book action word bubble.
Electro: "Hm.... I like it. It makes a STATMENT!"
Electro looks down on his own clothes, which were just random things he found that have started to disintegrate because of all the electricity he's used and absorbed.
Making a quick stop by the evidence locker, Electro grabbed some green jumpsuit that had a massive lightning bolt over the heart along with the back with spots of possible blood and gunshot holes.
Electro: "Hm... eh, what use do I have for shoes when I can just fly?"
However, the second Electro tries, he feels nausea and great hunger as he's finally used up all the electricity that he absorbed from the nuclear reactors, and he desperately needed some power, and the only thing he could get on quick notice was the generator.
Draining it for all it was worth, Electro found he had just enough to function as a normal person, but it wasn't enough for him to even make a charge without the feeling of death quickly approaching upon him.
Electro, having nothing better to do, grabs a gun along with as much money as he possibly can, steals a cop car as he goes around stealing many things, and calls out for Sandman, who agreed to get him certain materials that weren't that easy to find.
Electro speeding through the city with the siren on: "REmember if you find anything that could hold lots of power or something you think could help me, then I'll give you more money once I finish the device!"
Sandman just nodded his head as he left the car and went out to find the rare things Electro needed, which he had no idea what any of them might have been nor what he might have needed them for, but they were worth at least half a bank, as that's what he was promised.
Electro meanwhile drove to an abandoned looking warehouse as he started tearing about the police car for all the parts he could along with the guns and batons he found inside.
Once he finished tearing it all apart, he started getting all the extra stuff he grabbed and started getting to work on building his very own version of an arc reactor, but it wasn't like Tony's, as he was making a massive suit that would take the electric charge his body made along with any additions and cycle it everywhere as the energy builds up.
This was the only thing he could think of to keep him strong without having to always hang around generators or energy plants.
As this was the first time he was making anything like this, Electro had no real idea how to make it work without it looking very stupid or causing an energy buildup that would just cause him to explode or become a massive nuke in case everything works a little too well.
For a solid week Electro was just working as hard as he could, and when he finally found a way to make things the way he wanted, Sandman finally came back; he had with him pictures of Tony's Arc reactor along with a little toy version of it.
Electro was both happy and pissed, as all the time he spent on making his suit was now worthless, but with this device idea, he went on to make an even better version of his suit that hopefully shouldn't have any problems with its design and charging capacity.
Once more Electro started working throughout the week to make his outfit, and while it looked mostly like a normal jumpsuit with a yellow tank top with a green dot and lightning bolt inside it, it really wasn't anything simple.
As the new design he came up with was an electro crown, belt buckle, and arm cuffs as they were designed to filter all the energy around his body as the jump suit was lined in such a way that everything inside it should work the way he wanted.
Electro: "Now it's time to rob the bank as promised and then Revenge!"
Sandman: "What about ice cream? And pizza? I mean, I haven't seen you eat anything all week."
Electro: "(Stomach grumbles for the first time in three weeks) Okay. So we'll rob a bank, get some food, and then Revenge! And then I become a god or something. Honestly, I haven't gotten that far yet, as I have to find the guy first."
Sandman: "What about Spider-Woman?"
Electro: "She probably thinks we're in jail or something, so we're fine until we rob the bank, as there are far more important things going on than our little shopping spree."
The two bump fists as they both make their way to one of the banks in the city and get everything they need in order to eat and then enjoy themselves.
However, the second they took a step with their goal in mind, an entire army of men arrived and wondered just who the heck Electro and Sandman were, and that's when they found out the place was getting robbed by someone else.
This someone else was King Pen or at least he made sure it could happen without infighting between all the other criminal groups and for a man of crime and the king of crime in the city he had a really well put together flyer explaining how crime in the city was basically all controlled by him to everything can go the way it needs to.
Electro: "So we have to go meet up with the group, make an appointment, and then after that we can rob the bank, but we have to share 50% of our total harvest or risk upsetting this kingpin guy?"
The crooks, or rather bank robbers, just nodded their heads as they cocked their guns, pulled down their masks, and slung their bags around their bodies and charged into the bank as one of the guys kicked the door open, looking so happy as he did so.
Electro: "Ahem! So, I guess we have to get a schedule, make an appointment for a bank, then we binge eat everything we want, then I get my REVENGE! And then become a god or something."
Sandman: "Uh. I think we're going to have to get some normal jobs first."
Electro: "(Sighs) I know that. Let's just get a place to crash at for the moment and then just go about our normal lives, or as normal as they can be, and then we do everything."
Both Sandman and Electro sigh and wonder when, why, and how everything got so damn complicated just to get some starting cash so they can do anything else they want or help the people they care about or whatever reason someone has to rob a bank.
Sandman: "Can I stay with uz?"
Electro: "I don't really have a place either, but I figure two guys are better than one when it comes to getting down and dirty for the rough and tough pressure that comes with the pent-up trouble that comes from trying to find a place to live."
Sandman wonders what the heck was wrong with Electro for a bit but figured maybe something went wrong with his mind for a bit but having nowhere else to really go as he no longer wanted to hear what she and her husband or boyfriend do at night.
The duo walk off to find a home of their own as Spider-Woman arrives at the scene and gets ready to save the day once again, not knowing the dangers that were right outside the building.
