The Yellow Seas
Survivors Log... Day 15:
It's been about what I could figure to be fifteen days if I take into account the amount of times I've fallen asleep, as this place doesn't become night or day; in fact, everything is stuck in their respective time zones, as the only time dawn seems to fall is when I get closer to areas where night reigns supreme.
I've learned this place doesn't make use of any sort of law that I could understand and just seems to go about doing whatever it wants, as the seas are constantly yellow, which looks to be a sweet golden color that I've often seen in old beer commercials.
The skies, besides never seeming to change, are still red like the evening sky back home, while the clouds morph into blobs of white mold before falling down into the waters below, creating the ice ridges that have been a constant thorn and pleasure in my side.
Since they were at first the only thing that I could use as land and a vessel to sail across these weird seas, they are also the quickest way to break any vessels you may actually have, as they seem to willfully rip apart anything that isn't or at one point was organic matter into smithereens.
But thankfully, after much trial and error, I have managed to create a raft for myself... although it isn't much more than some logs tied together with some vines, and the mast was just another log with my jacket hung across it to get some sort of wind action.
However, none of that mattered, as my jacket wasn't meant to be the sails for anything other than maybe a heavy kite, as it barely made any progress from the tiny island where I built my raft to the next island that was in literal swimming distance.
With nothing else to lose or having any real options I strapped myself to my little raft and began using my arm as an oar and started making my way past the first set of islands that I've come across and shall write back when I hopefully have gotten somewhere.
Survivors Log... Day 50:
It's been quite a long while since my last journal entry, and the reason for such an action was because I had gotten trapped inside an island hidden deep inside a whale's mouth that, just like prairie dogs, pops out every so often on a consecutive loop.
Deep inside the whale was a group of people similar to those I had found outside; the only exception for them, however, seemed to be that the creatures inside were talking anchovy people who made little blubbing sounds as they tried to say something before angrily attacking me.
Thankfully they were weaker than the husk-based people he met inside the giant creature, and I was able to easily break free from their grasp and shoot myself out of the whale the second it had bobbed up for air.
Quickly taking my leave, I was met with a bunny rabbit with a sword about twice my size and some dogish cat creature that just stared at me for hours on end as the bunny creature kept steering the ship towards an island covered in darkness.
Within the land there was nothing to see other than a giant treehouse that seemed to defy even more laws of physics, as when walking around the treehouse, it looked to be nothing more than a cardboard cutout.
But once going through the front door, everything, while wonky inside, was fully in the third dimension, or at least it seemed to be such anyway, as since I did not have another pair of eyes, I could only trust mine.
Going through the place, it seemed to be far longer than I would have ever thought possible, as every corner of the place seemed to be going on far longer than what seemed to be possible, as the plane from which I am writing this tale of mine started on the twentieth floor.
Deep inside I can see the creatures all around seeming to be content with their lives and being the most pleasant and interesting characters he's met for quite some time now, yet there were always two constants: a rabbit sitting on their heads while another stretches into various shapes and sizes.
It was honestly interesting to see just what random shape and thing the little rainbow beasties would transform into, and since their cooking seemed to be out of this world, as I consider myself to be a good cook, yet I stand no chance against this darn pink rabbit!
However, it's probably for the best since, from how it seemed to act when it seemed to lose, I dodged a bullet by having tasted utter defeat in terms of cooking when battling the pink rabbit and could just enjoy the food it had prepared.
That wasn't all I was doing, however, as I had made sure to travel to distant lands and find all sorts of creatures from differing time zones and cultures, as I've found that some islands are just the same island but shrouded in complete darkness rather than light and vice versa.
The lands were filled with all sorts of oddities and general impossibilities, as the things I've seen could only be possible if thought up by a young child that possibly couldn't have been older than twelve, as there were clear indications that not all the things I've seen were created with the most positive of thoughts.
It could also indicate the type of life the young boy had lived, but I'm fairly certain it was made with the full ramifications of someone going through the phases and changes of life, since I can't believe some of the things I've seen, nor could I ever believe someone thought of these things without having the mind of a child.
I am about to go on a daring journey, or what I believe to be one anyhow, and shall possibly return one day to write more if and when necessary.
Survivors Log... Last Day:
Today is the day I end this farce once and for all. I have been trapped inside this world for I don't even know how long at this point. I've lived, loved, cried, hated, fought, and done just about everything a man can ever dream.
But now I'd really like to go home, see a sight that can actually make sense and doesn't seem to be made of thoughts and prayers along with cartoon logic, and actually enjoy something that can be done with real honest-to-god effort instead of just wishing it to be that way.
I've made an entire map of everything this place had and have since destroyed, rebuilt, and then destroyed once more when things fell apart like they've always had. As I am not of this world, I am not one of the people who live here, and most of all, I am not their maker, so I can not understand them.
Every day they always make the weirdest of noises and seem disgusted with whatever I seem to have said or entirely confused, as if I've just spoken gibberish to them, even if I say the exact same thing they just said to me but with the tone of a question!
Thankfully, however, I seem to have figured out what kind of power the yellow symbiote has, as all the worlds I've traversed and the beasts that I've faced have given me a clear indication that the yellow symbiote is the power of absorption... or eating... or whatever you want to call it.
The power of the yellow symbiote seems to have something to do with DNA, given the powers it seemed to have when I faced the great beast back in the real world, the reason as to why there was a thriving town in its stomach, and above all, why this world looked and acted the way it did.
It can be said to be the antithesis of either the red symbiote or the purple symbiote... probably the purple symbiote more, as they both have the same function overall, with the only difference being one deals with tech while the other deals with living things.
I honestly had my fun here, but now I hate everything about it and am currently climbing the massive treehouse in the hopes of it leading to a way out of this place, as the only other option would be to throw myself off its walls, and whether or not I find my way at the top, I will be leaving!
And that is all for now hope you all enjoyed and until next time stay safe and peace! Also hope you all enjoyed the new way of story telling I did so please let me know how you felt and I'll try to improve in case I ever do something like this again.
