Looking at her face, it seems that she doesn't believe that I was comparable to an ant compared to the root.

I don't blame her, really; she would soon understand me, because I know that she would be a regular here and would reach my level of power in the future.

And she would sit with me and say to my face. "You were right."

Not to mention, she would also know my exaggerated comparison, like I'm an ant, but for now she won't know this little inside joke.

It's still from a far-away future.

Because right now, in her mind, it was comparable to the root or at least within the same stage.

There's nothing that could change her mind right now, aside from reaching a certain threshold of power level and seeing it for herself.

I decided to let her be, and make her believe what she wanted to believe.

And when I was about to go back to exploring how to utilize my conceptual abilities.

The shop entrance doorbells rang, indicating that there was a customer.

Whether it was a repeater or a new one, I would know as soon as I looked at them, but when I saw who it was, my eyes almost popped out of their sockets.

Because at the entrance, I saw a very naked, beautiful woman.

Her bonkers were the biggest I've seen, as someone who interacted with Luvia, as she was personally the biggest I've encountered, maybe except for those girls at Kuroinu.

This was honestly the biggest one I've seen with my own eyes; they don't look exaggerated at all. In fact, it fit well with her body proportions.

If I were to describe this woman, it would be the perfect milf in existence.

Her body was the literal definition of a 'mother' if it wasn't for her horns and scales across all of her limbs.

She would have been the perfect human milf, unfortunately, she's not human.

Not with those pupils that look like stars, sharp teeth alongside the inhumanly beautiful face.

Even Gilgamesh's beauty has at least some humanity plastered on it, but this woman is impossibly beautiful by human standards.

Then she opened her mouth and roared, or at least what I thought she did, if not for the fact that words echoed directly to my brain.

Both Morgan and I were caught off guard by this.

The fuck? Whatever her language was, it's not something the human mind could comprehend or even understand.

If it was for the shop translating all languages, including divine ones. I certainly wouldn't understand her at all.

Either way, despite how unusual this case was, I simply can't concentrate because this woman is naked!

I quickly conjured a large piece of high-quality clothes, enough to cover from head to toe.

While I may have liked to see girls naked, however, I would like it in a private location and preferably empty without any prying eyes.

The dragon woman was confused by this act and tried to take it off her body, but I quickly got closer to prevent her from doing so. "Please, let it cover your body."

Excluding the horns, I was taller than her, as her height was the average height for an asian woman.

So she was looking up at me with her star-like pupils in confusion.

Then she roared again.

[ "What do you insist on covering me with this thing, my child? My form was perfectly fine." ]

She was not human; of course, she wouldn't understand what 'shame' was or basic common sense because to her, being naked was perfectly normal.

I wasn't going to insist on teaching her human common sense, especially when it's not the time, but I will have to insist on covering her with a piece of white sheet of clothing even if she doesn't understand it.

"Please, just cover yourself up with it."

She looked at him with such pure eyes and eventually decided, as she roared once more.

[ "If that's your wish, my dear child, then mother will comply, even if I do not understand why." ]

Then a maternal smile appeared on her inhumanly beautiful face.

Stunning as I was receiving the end of it, it was like looking at your mother the first time you looked at her, absolutely unforgettable memories.

For no reason, nostalgia hit me like a truck; memories of my mother, in this world, started coming back to me in full flashback.

And slowly, they were replaced by her imagination.

But then I quickly snapped out of it and thought. 'An illusion?'

I quickly denied it; at my level, I couldn't be hit by any kind of illusion because I was fundamentally different from what I was before.

My life level was beyond what humanity has, so it was more than just an 'illusion'.

But rather something bypassed any cognitive defense I have and went straight deeper than my DNA, my origin.

Thankful it wasn't harmful; it's just made me feel that this woman is my 'mother' and with my current power.

There are few beings that could do this or would do something pointless like shifting my perception of my mothers of all things.

Not that I was really looking at her without all of that distraction.

I realized who she was.

"Tiamat…"

Those horns, face and eyes scream one thing.

FGO version of Tiamat, someone from my own universe; not sure which version this is, but it's within the Nasuverse.

Tiamat tilted her head; it was almost adorable. If I didn't know who she really was, I would find it cute.

No, I actually still do, but it was strange to see the literal embodiment of 'motherhood' act like this.

For goodness sake, this was a beast in flesh!

Since it's her, no wonder she called me her child the moment she entered the shop alongside Morgan.

Because in her eyes, all of us are her children.

Which, honestly speaking, is not wrong at all; everyone from Earth is her child by default, as we are made using her blood and essence.

Although my soul was alien, my body originated from her flesh.

So in a morbid way, she is in fact my mother.

But by human standards, she's my ancestor.

Still, she seemed calmer and happier than I pictured her to be.

After all, anyone would go crazy from those eons of isolation, not to mention betrayal from her children.

But regardless of her reaction, it doesn't change the fact that she is a being whose alignment is Chaotic Evil.

She may be gentle and caring as a mother, but it doesn't change her inhuman nature.

If something doesn't align with her self-interest and desires, she would destroy it without hesitation.

The only real reason why she's calm like this is that she thinks that we are her children and her own authority was being suppressed by the shop law.

If we met outside, our conversation wouldn't be as pleasant as this because Tiamat's true nature is fundamentally that of a Beast.

Any living creature of the modern age can't withstand her presence, so any sane person would eliminate the 'threat' before it could spread any further.

Even if Tiamat herself doesn't have thoughts of harming her children, because to her this was merely showing her love.

But that love is way too heavy for any creature of the modern age.

By personality, she was the best mother one could ask for, even if she's quite overprotective.

But her nature and authority make her incompatible with the world today; just showing herself could destroy the world.

She was such a sad existence; all she wanted was for her children to love her, but those children can't handle her love at all.

I reckon the reason why she's in a good mood right now is that we simply treated her normally without any distrust, threat or shunning her for being close.

It was the first time since her first children that someone treated her normally, not as an enemy but as a person.

To others, this might be just a normal conversation, but to someone like her, this is simply heaven.

I have a feeling that she will stay here for a very long time.
