The Perfect Knight and the Illusionist (BL)

The Perfect Knight and the Illusionist (BL)
Marius Valenkraft is the idol of the Royal Knights Academy. Perfectly honed combat skills, an excellent academic record, and a prestigious family name. To everyone, he is a legend in the making, never allowed to be anything less. To himself, he is a role he has spent his whole life performing. He never questioned who he was meant to become.
Leo Skylark is a village boy who can barely introduce himself without tripping over his own words. He was scouted for a rare talent in illusion magic that the Academy values more than he understands. Overshadowed by his peers with impressive physiques and flashier magic, Leo does not seem to be a good fit.
When the two boys meet, Marius’s perfect world begins to crack.
Marius was raised to be a flawless hero, trained into a composure that no one can see through. Marius has no language for the tenderness Leo stirs in him—the only boy at the Academy who keeps stumbling past the legend and seeing the person underneath it. The perfect knight begins to realize that the armor he wears may be the very thing keeping him from living.
And the village boy illusionist is the only one the performance can’t fool.
