Chapter 311: Joyful and Cheerful
"Impressive! You win this round! We’ll consider this challenge passed." The charming bridesmaid gave Chu Feng a thumbs-up.
After she spoke, the other bridesmaids all knowingly stepped aside.
"Fengzi, hurry up and give out the red envelopes," Chu Feng said happily.
Gao Feng pulled numerous red envelopes from his bag and handed them out to the bridesmaids.
Not only had they passed the challenge, but everyone was happy, making for a lively and joyous scene.
After they entered the villa, another group blocked their path—this time, it was an assortment of relatives.
Of course, there was no shortage of red envelopes; Jiang Tao had taken care of everything.
After all, Chu Feng was the Young Master of the Chu Family. This little bit of money was nothing to him.
As they approached the door, some people blocked it, refusing to let them in. But that was hardly a challenge for Chu Feng and his men.
With a gentle push from Chu Feng, the entire group of people behind the door tumbled to the floor.
"Hand out the red envelopes!" Chu Feng shouted to Gao Feng.
Then, Gao Feng, along with Su Jun, grabbed red envelopes and started tossing them into the room.
While everyone was busy scrambling for the red envelopes, Chu Feng walked straight to Su Miaoke’s side and lifted her up from the bed.
With Chu Feng’s current level of fitness, picking up Su Miaoke was completely effortless.
"You’re so rough! Couldn’t you have been a little gentler?" Su Miaoke said, giving Chu Feng’s chest a light thump.
"I’m marrying my bride! I’m just so happy," Chu Feng said gleefully.
"Tch, just how happy are you?" Su Miaoke asked.
"I’m thrilled. More excited than I’ve ever been," Chu Feng said with a smile.
Su Miaoke was dressed in a traditional Chinese wedding gown, a glittering golden phoenix crown on her head. Complemented by her makeup and adornments, she was absolutely stunning.
Her gown alone was worth tens of millions.
More importantly, it was the sort of thing that was essentially priceless.
That’s because it was entirely handmade, with a level of craftsmanship that modern wedding dresses simply couldn’t match.
Such craftsmanship was priceless.
So, when the crowd saw her, they were utterly stunned. Anyone would have been profoundly awestruck by the sight.
"That phoenix crown on your head must be heavy," Chu Feng asked curiously.
"Yes, it weighs several pounds. But it’s gorgeous, and it was custom-made just for me. I love it," Su Miaoke said with a smile.
"Hahaha, Brother Jiang is the Chu Family’s representative now. But even without that title, I bet he would have arranged all this anyway," Chu Feng said with a laugh.
"Of course. He’s part of the Chu Family now, and you’re the family’s recognized Young Master, so naturally he’d have your best interests at heart," Su Miaoke said with a smile.
"Alright, enough talk. I’m taking you home." Chu Feng carried Su Miaoke downstairs, accompanied by the boisterous cheers of the crowd the entire way.
The cheers didn’t die down, even after they got into the car.
At the same time, the sound of firecrackers erupted.
Normally, setting off firecrackers wasn’t allowed here, but today was a special, joyous occasion. Everything had been arranged in advance, and all the residents from the surrounding villas had come to attend the wedding.
All along the route, firecrackers crackled continuously. The streets were festooned with lanterns and banners, and streamers and balloons were everywhere.
They also tossed wedding candy and red envelopes to passersby, delighting the crowds.
The passersby all shouted their congratulations to Chu Feng.
After all, Chu Feng was tossing out a lot of red envelopes. Each one contained at least two hundred, and who knows how many he had thrown along the way.
「Soon, they arrived at the airport.」
Here, the airport staff had already made all the necessary arrangements.
As the motorcade arrived, firecrackers popped endlessly. In the sky, helicopters pulled large banners, and fireworks exploded in brilliant displays.
It was a spectacle that one would likely never forget in their lifetime.
"This is so beautiful." Su Miaoke stared in amazement as she watched it all unfold through the car window.
She had never imagined her wedding would be so grand, with so many people congratulating them and such a vast number of luxury cars.
Five hundred luxury cars of all kinds drove up to the airport in a long procession.
Twenty-eight airplanes, their fuselages all painted a festive red, were waiting.
And to the side, eighty-eight helicopters were parked.
"So, Young Madam Chu, are you satisfied with the wedding?" Jiang Tao asked Su Miaoke with a smile.
He was riding in the same car as Chu Feng and Su Miaoke.
"I’m satisfied. Extremely satisfied. Thank you, Brother Jiang," Su Miaoke said with a nod.
"As long as you’re satisfied. When our Chu Family’s Young Master gets married, it has to be a grand affair," Jiang Tao said with a laugh.
Soon, the group boarded the airplanes. Confetti cannons popped nonstop as endless rose petals rained down from the sky.
Several drones were hovering above, releasing basket after basket of rose petals. The scene was absolutely breathtaking.
It felt as if they had stepped into a fairyland, an utterly enchanting and intoxicating sight.
Amidst the deafening roar of music and fireworks, Chu Feng carried his bride onto the plane.
Everyone else boarded the airplanes and the eighty-eight helicopters in an orderly fashion.
The wedding party, which had originally been around four hundred people, had suddenly swelled to seven or eight hundred.
Many more people had wanted to come, but there simply wasn’t enough room. Nothing could be done about it.
As the planes took off, a massive barrage of fireworks blossomed in the distant sky.
Even though it was daytime, the display was still dazzling.
