Chapter 169
Kate’s POV
I was sitting with my mom in the living room, waiting for my dad to come out of his office with the Red Moon Alphas, who were my Mates. I was nervous, wondering what they were talking about. I knew they were talking about me, but were they arguing? Were they getting along? Were they threatening my dad and planning on taking me back to the Red Moon Pack? One thing I was sure of was that there was no way I was going to let them take me against my will.
My dad and Mates entered the living room, and I stood up immediately. Nathan, the one with the grey eyes, asked if we could talk privately, and I looked at my father, who smiled and nodded his head. I told them we could, and we headed outside to the backyard, which was empty now that all the guests had left.
"Look, I know we are Mates and how possessive Male Wolves are with their Mates, but I am going to let you know now that there is no way I am leaving my home. We don’t know each other, and I need to get to know the two of you before we take the big step of moving in together," I said
"As much as I would love for you to move in with us, Princess, we know you are not ready for that yet," Nathan said
"Yeah, we would never make you do anything that would make you uncomfortable, Love," Ethan added, shocking me. I wasn’t planning on them agreeing with me without argument.
"Good, and we need to get to know each other before we fully accept each other," I added.
"YOu are right. We need to get to know each other. How about you come and spend the day with us at the Red Moon Pack in a few days?" Ethan said. I was nervous about going to their Pack alone.
"I have school," I replied
"How about you come to our Pack on Monday after school? I am sure Ebony and Keith wouldn’t mind coming too. I know you are nervous about going to our Pack alone," Nathan said.
"Okay," I replied
"Great, we will see you tomorrow at your brother’s Marking Ceremony," Ethan said. Ethan pulled my body to his and hugged me close, which sent a lot of pleasurable sparks through my body, and kissed me on the top of my head. Nathan did the same, which caused more of those sparks to go through me.
"See you tomorrow, Princess."

"You nervous about seeing your Mates?" Ebony asked as we walked out of school. It was Monday and the end of the school day. Ethan and Nathan were supposed to be picking me up to take me back to their Pack to spend the day with them. When we got outside, Ethan and Nathan were standing outside of their black escalade, talking to Keith.
"Hey, Princess," Nathan said as he wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forehead.
"Hi," I replied. Ethan did the same, and we hopped in the car. Nathan sat in the back with me while Ethan drove the car. Ebony and Keith followed us in their car. After about twenty-five minutes, we arrived at the Red Moon Packs border. The guards quickly opened the tall golden gate when they saw Nathan and Ethan driving their way.
Ethan parked the car once we made it to the Packhouse, and we got out of the car. Ebony and Keith parked next to where Ethan parked and got out as well. Everyone was staring at us when we walked up the large flights of steps to the front door of the Packhouse and walked inside.
Ethan and Nathan took me on a tour of the Packhouse, which was a lot like the Blood Moon Packhouse. There was a kitchen, dining hall, living room, game room, library, and pool in the backyard.
"The second and third floors are rooms for the Pack Members that live in the Packhouse with us. The Beta and Gamma split the fourth floor, and we live on the fifth floor," Ethan said as we sat in the backyard.
A few minutes later, an older tall woman with grey hair walked outside with a tray in her hand. Two younger women also held trays and were walking behind her.
"Thanks, Greta," Ethan said before they walked away after placing the trays of food on the table. There were hamburgers, fruit, and chips, on the trays as well as brownies and cookies.
"We thought you would be hungry after a long day of school," Nathan said
"Thanks," I replied, and we started eating while talking. Keith’s phone rang, and he asked himself to take the phone call. He returned a few minutes later, saying he and Ebony had to leave because something came up with another Pack.
"Do you feel comfortable staying here alone, or do you want us to take you home?" Ebony asked
"I am okay. You go take care of business. I know being the Ruler of the Werewolf Community is a lot of work," I replied. Ebony hugged me before they got in their car and drove away.
"So, what do you guys want to do now?" I asked
"There is a lot of stuff I would like to do to you, Princess, but you are not ready for that," Nathan said, causing my cheeks to redden.
"You know what I mean," I said, rolling my eyes.
"How about we get to know each other better, Love," Ethan said, and I nodded in agreement.
"That sounds like a good idea," I replied, and we walked back into the backyard. We sat at the same table we were sitting at before we walked Ebony and Keith out to their car.
"So, what would you like to know about us?" Ethan asked, but before I could answer, someone spoke.
"There you are. I have been looking everywhere for you for the last couple of days," A woman around their age with blond hair and hazel eyes said as she sat on Nathan’s lap. I couldn’t help the growl that left my lips.
