CHAPTER 41: The Sovereign Mandate and the Global Assembly

(ARC 6: THE EXTINCTION TRUTH & THE GLOBAL RECLAMATION)

The morning sun over the Central Capital rose upon a world transformed.

The flag of the Solari Dynasty had been lowered forever, replaced across every marble tower and floating pavilion by the majestic emblem of House Sterling—a roaring golden dragon wrapped around a silver spatial sword.

Inside the grand imperial throne room of the newly designated Sterling Central Palace, the high velvet drapes were drawn back, flooding the obsidian floors with sunlight.

Gabriel sat upon the high dais, dressed in a long, dark dragon-silk coat embroidered with subtle golden spatial runes. Beside him sat Evelyn, while Ethan and Elena stood at his flanks, their posture sharp, calm, and imposing.

Below the dais, the throne room was packed to capacity.

Guild masters from the Global Guild, high merchants from the merchant alliances, city lords from three continents, and former secondary noble representatives stood in tight, uneasy rows. A heavy, suffocating silence hung over the room as every person present kept their eyes fixed on Gabriel.

Gabriel raised a single hand, and the low murmurs in the hall vanished instantly.

"For three thousand years," Gabriel began, his voice flat, clear, and carrying an absolute, world-shaking resonance that echoed through the marble pillars, "the ruling families of this world told you that commoners were born with thin meridians. They told you that 80% of our planet must remain a wilderness of monsters, dungeons, and death."

Gabriel leaned forward, his dark, gold-tinted dragon pupils scanning the trembling crowd.

"They lied."

Gabriel gestured toward the center of the hall.

BZ—ZZZ-T!

A massive, fifty-foot holographic projection—powered by the Spatial Realm Mirror and linked directly to the subterranean data logs—erupted into the air above the assembly!

Gasps, cries of horror, and shouts of disbelief erupted across the room as the thousands of leaders watched the decrypted Vorathian files scroll before their eyes:

  • The artificial seeding of Dungeon Anchors and Monster Cores for five hundred years.

  • The deliberate atmospheric mutation designed to terraform the planet for an alien species.

  • The secret betrayal signed by the Solari Royals and high Duchies to act as puppet rulers.

  • The final countdown to the arrival of the Vorathian Main Fleet: 10 Years.

"A-Alien invasion...?" "The dungeons are terraforming engines?!" "The Imperial Family sacrificed millions of commoners just to protect their own crowns?!"

Panic surged through the hall like a wild flame. Merchants dropped their ledgers, guild masters turned deathly pale, and city lords trembled in sheer terror.

"Silence," Gabriel commanded softly.

The word was quiet, but the accompanying thread of Peak-Stage Martial Saint pressure instantly froze the entire room, extinguishing the panic into breathless silence.

"The royal houses who sold this world have been dismantled," Gabriel stated, his tone cold as iron. "From this day forth, the monarchy is abolished. There will be no more untouchable noble titles, no more hidden martial manuals, and no more artificial suppression."

Gabriel stood up, his coat fluttering as he stepped to the edge of the dais.

"Today, I proclaim the founding of The Sterling Empire—a merit-based society where every human being, regardless of birth, has the right to cultivate, learn, and defend their home."

Gabriel looked down at the assembled global leaders, his golden dragon pupils burning with unshakeable dominance.

"We have ten years before the stars bring war to our doorstep," Gabriel declared, his voice echoing across the entire Central Capital. "We will not hide behind city walls. We will reclaim the 80% wilderness, destroy every dungeon anchor, and raise an empire capable of crushing the stars."
