Chapter 126: The Bunny Girl (Part I)
Head Butler Zardar looked at Nathan standing before him, who had uttered those bewildering words while cold sweat poured down his forehead and his body trembled visibly from sheer tension and embarrassment.
In that moment, Zardar felt disdain and disgust more than outright anger.
It seemed this human youth did not comprehend at all where he was setting foot; he was currently standing in the main palace of the Master of the Transmigrators Organization! This was no ordinary palace belonging to a passing noble or duke, but the supreme, legendary headquarters that ought to overflow with permanent majesty and solemnity. Zardar could not understand how a young man brought here personally by his master, the Duke, could let his thoughts degrade into such cheap nonsense and trivial whims in such a crucial predicament!
What he sought was glaringly obvious on his face.
However, as Zardar’s sharp eyes scanned Nathan’s entire body and aura, he noticed a minute amount of mana coursing through his veins—an amount no greater than a few stray drops, pitiable to say the least!
There was no magical core, nor any energetic foundation of any kind; he was merely an ordinary human who had absorbed a few microscopic drops of energy, likely by chance through contact with a raw magical stone somewhere.
Zardar remained silent for a few seconds, analyzing the situation with pure rationality as he stared at Nathan. He then nodded in understanding to the servant standing beside the youth and spoke in a calm, authoritative tone:
"Summon Marfina here immediately... Tell her Head Butler Zardar orders her to escort the master’s new guest to his suite, and inform her of the designated suite’s location."
In Zardar’s eyes, Nathan clearly fell under the category of an "ordinary human" who had obtained mana by chance, posing not the slightest danger to Marfina—who outmatched him in strength and capability by a laughably ridiculous margin! Although palace rules prohibited her from harming or executing him as a guest of their master, she possessed full capability to restrain and deter him instantly should he attempt any improper behavior or act foolishly.
Furthermore, Nathan’s hesitant and flustered body language did not indicate an aggressive or dangerous individual who would dare harm anyone; thus, there was no harm in indulging his frivolous request and facilitating his desire. In any case, he would never be able to seduce or influence Marfina in any way, for reasons this poor human was naturally ignorant of!
At that moment, hearing Head Butler Zardar issue these orders without dismissing or punishing him, Nathan felt an overwhelming urge to run up to the elderly man and kiss his head in profound gratitude!
Deep down, Nathan had always strived to live this exact moment—the moment his legendary adventure toward an "Infinite Harem of Beast Girls" would begin!
He had long dreamed of exploring dark dungeons and labyrinths, rescuing a bunny girl or a cat girl crying for help after falling into a goblin trap... Of course, he had not the slightest clue what to say to her once they were alone in the corridor, nor did he know how to interact with her. Yet he knew with absolute certainty—according to his beliefs—that beast girls were always drawn to powerful men with ripped muscles and massive builds!

His eyes caught a girl dressed in an elegant maid uniform, atop her head two delicate, white rabbit ears that rose and twitched in a remarkably realistic and lively manner with every step she took!
Nathan nearly slapped himself hard to verify whether this reality was real, or if he had fallen into a state of visual hallucinations caused by shock!
The thing he had believed to be completely out of reach for most of his life... was now drawing near. Nathan could feel it. It was utter madness. Even though it was only logical to be struck by absolute panic after crossing into another world—rather than dwelling on such ridiculous thoughts...
He told himself that all those doubts were nonsense. The dream of a shonen hero and a harem of beast girls was calling his name!
