Chapter 460: Regardless of the Consequences
At the gates of the Hidden Sand Village, Pakura awaited the village's high-ranking officials.
The walls of the Hidden Sand Village were built from stacked adobe over thirty meters thick. The village entrance was a narrow, towering gap carved straight through that massive barrier.
Outside the walls, the wind and sand howled fiercely; inside, they were little more than a breeze.
The blowing grit whipped at Pakura's hair and clothes.
From within the gap, Luo Sha and the others fixed their eyes on the tea pot resting at Pakura's side.
Pakura wore the Bunbuku Chagama slung around her waist like a satchel.
Luo Sha stepped forward.
"Pakura, where did you seal Shukaku?" he asked.
Pakura replied, "Over four hundred kilometers away from the Hidden Sand Village. Shukaku was hiding in the sand, and I only managed to seal him by chance."
