After watching Fox leave, Hiruzen Sarutobi immediately summoned Danzo.

He handed Fox's scroll to Danzo.

"Danzo, Fox is preparing to make a trip to the Land of Rain to track down Uchiha Madara and eliminate this rogue ninja for the village. Take a look at his plan and tell me what you think."

Danzo scanned the scroll. 'I was the one who orchestrated this in the first place,' he thought.

Dangling the Scroll of Seals in front of Fox guaranteed the man would put his life on the line.

Danzo spoke up, "This business with the rogue ninja Uchiha Madara truly needs a conclusion. We can't allow him to run rampant any longer.

"The hidden dangers left behind by the First Hokage and the Second Hokage must be thoroughly resolved by our hands.

"We must hand a clean Konoha over to the next generation."

Hiruzen Sarutobi gave a perfunctory nod.
