In the beginning, this monster caused a lot of trouble for some pixel figures and Extraordinary Creatures, resulting in some casualties. However, under the leadership of Yao City, Yan City, and Saniluo, the Western Continent quickly completed the encirclement and control of the Black Water Mites.

Yao City discovered through combat and testing that Black Water Mites were afraid of fire, were countered by Anesthetic Juice, and were simple-minded. The Yaoshao Prophet even compiled a volume titled *Black Water Mite Habits Overview*, making this information public.

Yan City unearthed the Black Water Mite’s commercial value: their tongues and sharp claws were top-quality materials, and while the meat inside their carapaces was scarce, it was incredibly delicious.

Saniluo became the most important war hawk in this event.

Large numbers of Extraordinary Creatures formed groups and teams, hunting Black Water Mites all over the world. They did this partly to obtain special materials, and partly to sell them for a good price.

This was because the Fireplace Race of the Dwarf Fortress had assessed that the Black Water Mites’ tongues, claws, and teeth were all practical, Fine-Level materials. They continuously purchased them, and with enough of these materials, they could craft Fine Equipment.

Ever since the World City Library became famous far and wide, the enthusiasm of Extraordinary Creatures for treasures has grown daily.

After all, no one knew what tomorrow would bring or whether they might be gravely injured by a natural enemy. If they had a Fine-Level treasure for protection, it might just change their fate.

The races at the forefront already possessed Fine-Level treasures.

For example, the Fish People and the Cannibal Crabs.

The former’s status was somewhere between Extraordinary Life and human. Due to pilgrimages and their coastal location, they had close ties with Yao City.

The Fish People now held many professional positions, such as chefs, Physicians, fishermen, and Farmers. Because of this, they could continuously obtain the Magic Potion [Anesthetic Juice] for healing and hunting.

The Cannibal Crabs, on the other hand, had formed mercenary groups. As long as the price was right, they were willing to provide services like bodyguarding, transportation, and even hunting. Coupled with their high Wisdom and strong cooperative skills, they were favored by merchants, ship captains, and the City Guard Army.

Not long ago, the Cannibal Crabs established a long-term partnership with the Dwarves. They always carried [High Furnace Honey Wine] on their travels, relying on this special fine wine to communicate and negotiate with other Extraordinary Life. Furthermore, the Cannibal Crabs had a strong influence over the oceans and would occasionally find special Artifacts underwater, which could be more easily refined into Fine-Level treasures.

Possessing these extraordinary treasures gave one a great sense of security and confidence.

Those without them felt very anxious.

The key wasn’t whether you used it, but whether you had it.

Times had changed.

In the past, there weren’t many Extraordinary Life forms in this world. Each one could entrench itself in a region, controlling a vast territory, and conflicts rarely occurred.

And once they were allowed to develop from all directions, it would be a disaster on par with an apocalypse, capable of destroying all species in a Broken World.

’It seems the [Whistleblower] has lost patience waiting for the key, so it just threw in the Black Water Mites. The logic is simple: if I can’t have it, I’ll destroy it.’

If this had been back when Luh Yao first started, he would have been completely helpless against the offensive of an Extraordinary Species like the Black Water Mite.

But things were different now.

The number of Extraordinary Life forms here had continuously increased, and with the gradual intersection of secular civilization and the Extraordinary Group, the appearance of the Black Water Mites had instead turned them into a hot commodity that everyone was competing to capture.

Thus, the disaster drama of an alien invasion had turned into the heartwarming daily routine of adding another dish to the dinner table.

Luh Yao was happy to see it happen.

This was the power of a developing civilization. There was no need for him, the God, to constantly watch over them. The members within the civilized system would react quickly, making choices and changes that benefited themselves.

A moment later, a brand-new right prosthetic arm was finished.
