I Have a God Simulator

Yao God established the three principles of a Knight.

Principle One: Search for treasures and bring back the most valuable ones.

Principle Two: Killing enemies is secondary; treasure hunting is the priority.

Principle Three: Return as soon as possible and prioritize safety.

If the three principles conflict, Principle Three takes precedence.

Necied dutifully followed his God’s decree.

’Treasure is what matters most. Enemies are secondary. Time is crucial. I must stay safe.’

Upon arriving in this strange world, Necied was weakened by Rule Power. His abilities, [Corruption Creation] and [Fleshly Weakness], were both sealed by the rules, and his movement speed was significantly reduced.

Thanks to his [Ghost White Horse], the Blood Knight was able to use Stealth under the cover of a High-Level Disguise.

As a Knight, sizing up the situation was a fundamental combat skill.

Necied mounted his white horse and circled this Fragment World at top speed.

The world was small, consisting of a single continent. The outer edges of the continent were deserts and barren hills, hot and arid. Only a small area in the center had a temperate climate.

An endless sea of fire surrounded the landmass, its shores lined with scorching lava and black slag.

The sea of fire teemed with numerous Fire Elemental Creatures. They would occasionally rush ashore, leaving behind thick smoke and scorched black marks on the ground.

In this hot, dry world, the only water came from the sky.

A Cloud Giant dwelled in the sky. Its body was enormous, and it spent most of its time sleeping in the clouds. Whenever it woke up, it would stand and urinate on the ground below.

The massive creature’s urine became the rain, the land’s only source of water.

The Cloud Giant was always delighted to watch the terrestrial creatures scramble for its urine. When it laughed, its breath would blow the clouds about.

On the continent lived a group of Dwarves. They had powerful physiques, long, thick beards, and were skilled with hammers and axes.

The Dwarves would often curse the Cloud Giant’s shameless vulgarity while gathering the droplets that fell from the sky.

Necied looked at the [Treasure Hunting Compass] in his hand.

’This world’s treasure and danger... are both in the fire.’

’Lord God demanded I return as soon as possible. I can’t waste time.’

’So, I need to make this quick.’

The Blood Knight entered combat mode.

He charged into the sea of fire on his horse, cutting down all who stood in his way and leaving a trail of corpses in his wake.

Necied galloped wildly through the flames, and the numerous Fire Elemental Creatures scattered before him like a flock of sheep fleeing a shepherd.

After nearly half a month of his rampage, the High Level monsters could no longer stand it. One by one, they emerged from the depths of the fiery sea to besiege the intruder.

Faced with so many powerful foes, the Blood Knight was ecstatic.

Combat was his way of showing loyalty to Yao God.

But soon enough, Necied grew bored.

’They’re too weak.’

The Fire Elemental Creatures here were simply too weak. Even this batch of high-level monsters was nothing compared to the opponents in the Abyss.

Their Combat Power, abilities, and will to fight weren’t even on the same level.

Necied had no interest in dealing with a bunch of small fry.

The damage they dealt him was less than the mandatory damage he took from the searing flames.

The Blood Knight carved a path deeper into the sea of fire.

The real enemy finally appeared.

The ruler of the fiery sea was an Emperor Giant Elephant the size of a mountain. Flames formed its hide and its ridged tusks, which were like the rams of a ship. The four eyes on its head looked like four deep wounds.

Its eyes were usually closed. The moment they opened, they would unleash a monstrous wave of fire. The resulting White Fire was so intense that even Fire Elemental Creatures couldn’t withstand it.

The Emperor Giant Elephant strode through the depths of the lava. Every step kicked up rolling waves of flame, and the entire sea of fire moved with it, paying homage to its fiery sovereign.

"Where did this insect come from?"

The Emperor Giant Elephant looked down on Necied with contempt.

The Blood Knight charged with his sword, answering the enemy’s scorn!

The giant elephant’s movement speed wasn’t fast, but with just a breath or a swing of its trunk, it could turn the fiery sea into an omnipresent, terrifying weapon. It manipulated the sea of fire with ease, frequently injuring the Blood Knight.

Necied had lost count of how many times his opponent had forced him into a desperate situation. His armor had long since been twisted and deformed by the intense heat.

But thanks to the [Ghost White Horse], a Blessing from his God, he relied on his superior speed and combat awareness to evade fatal blows and retreat from the danger zone in time.

The Blood Knight frequently retreated to the shore, challenging the beast again only after he had recovered.

Gradually, he began to understand his opponent’s fighting style.

Necied’s set of equipment also played a huge role.

The [Withered Crown] reduced the Emperor Giant Elephant’s movement speed to a minimum, making it as clumsy as a land creature in the fiery sea. The elephant looked menacing, but because it was so Slow, its main body could hardly touch the Blood Knight.

The [Taunting Scissors] not only provided some defense but could also activate Taunt to hold the Emperor Giant Elephant in place whenever it grew irritated and tried to leave. This further wore down its will to fight, forcing the behemoth to reveal its weaknesses.

As for the [Head of Greed], through years of battle, it had continuously been Devouring the flesh and blood of his enemies, growing and transforming at an unprecedented rate...

Necied was immensely grateful for the Fine Equipment his God had given him.

The Blood Knight repeatedly entered the sea of fire to battle the Emperor Giant Elephant and its army of Fire Elementals. After reaching his limit, he would quickly return to the shore to rest and recover, then step back into the flames once more...

The Emperor Giant Elephant could not leave the sea of fire, and the Fire Elemental Creatures that could leave posed no threat to Necied.

The grueling battle repeated itself, over and over.

The scars on his armor multiplied and its deformation worsened, yet Necied felt a sense of joy.

He could feel it clearly.

’Faced with an unprecedentedly strong enemy and a desperate situation, I am growing at an incredible rate.’

His offense, defense, speed, and various abilities were all improving. This steady increase in power was intoxicating.

He relished the life-and-death struggle with the Emperor Giant Elephant.

At the end of the first year, Necied’s retreats were still pathetic affairs; he was often covered in wounds and on the verge of death.

In the second year, he could advance and retreat with ease, able to withdraw calmly even when injured.

By the third year, Necied could fight the Emperor Giant Elephant head-on, trading blows evenly.

In the fourth year, Necied began to gain the upper hand against the old master of the flames.

Now, it was the fifth year.

Necied, the Blood Knight, arrived once again at his faithful sea of fire.

The Fire Elemental Creatures all trembled, prostrating themselves on the ground, not daring to move.

Their former king was relentlessly pursued by Necied, fleeing in a panic to the depths of the fiery sea, retreating again and again.

In the eyes of all the Fire Elemental Creatures, this Undying Knight on his white horse was the new king of the fiery sea. He was the master of fire, and the ruler of the world.

Necied brought himself to his peak condition and, with the guidance of the Fire Elemental Creatures along the way, locked onto the Emperor Giant Elephant’s new hiding place.

This was the local code of the strong: just as the Fire Elemental Creatures had once helped the Emperor Giant Elephant slay its enemies, they now helped the new ruler, Necied, in his Hunting of the old king.

Necied didn’t care.

The [Treasure Hunting Compass] was pointing directly at the Emperor Giant Elephant. Even without the help of the Fire Elemental Creatures, he could pinpoint its location.

Finally, he found the giant elephant, which was in the middle of healing its wounds.

"You damned monster! How dare you! And you, you lowly scum, you dare to betray me!"

The Emperor Giant Elephant roared in fury, stirring up crimson waves in the sea of lava and fire.

With his greatsword ready, Necied charged on his white horse toward the mountain-like monster for the final time.

The surrounding Fire Elemental Creatures roared, adding to the spectacle.

"Kill it! Kill it!"

"Undying Knight! Undying Knight!"

"Invincible Fire King, invincible Fire King!"

Seeing its once-obedient underlings turn against it, becoming the invader’s soldiers and lackeys, enraged the Emperor Giant Elephant even more.

It knew there was no more room for retreat.

There could only be one ruler in the sea of fire!

The giant elephant’s body erupted in pale flames as it stomped with all its might at the tiny knight on his white horse. But the knight transformed into a streak of white light, tearing gruesome wounds across its massive body.

The Emperor Giant Elephant threw its head back and spewed a torrent of high-temperature fire, engulfing everything around it. The Fire Elemental Creatures suffered heavy casualties, fleeing for their lives in a frenzy.

The brutal, no-holds-barred deathmatch lasted for a full day.

The Blood Knight was the last one standing.

The great beast, which had ruled the sea of fire for untold years, finally collapsed. Its enormous body dissolved into flames, returning to the crimson sea.

Necied retrieved his prize from within the giant elephant’s body.

[Muspelheim Fire Box]

As he held the Artifact, the Fire Box absorbed every bit of the Fire Element from the entire sea. All that remained was a dry, blackened landscape, along with lingering high temperatures and thick smoke.

The Fire Elemental Creatures were aghast and terrified.

"Fire King! Are you leaving?"

"Can you take me with you, Lord Fire King!"

"Please, my King, I will be your most loyal servant."

To the Blood Knight, these Fire Elemental Creatures were not treasure. They were worthless.

He put away the [Fire Box] and turned his attention to the sky.

The Blood Knight pointed his sword at the Cloud Giant in the sky and charged tirelessly onward.

After the knight on the white horse departed, the Fire Elemental Creatures wept and wailed, lamenting the loss of their home.
