The Grand Catastrophe

He had a plan. Well, the plan was more like a basic action, at least to Demiurge. You see, dear reader, Demiurge was a rather smart demon. He was so smart, in fact, that he could guess the first three steps of his Goddesses ten thousand step plan.

So, all in all, he was rather smart. How does this link to the plan at hand? Well, it was difficult to explain. At least, it was difficult to explain to most people. Yet, there he stood, in a room with all those he planned to include, those he planned to execute this plan.

Besides him was all the members of the Pleiades battle maids. Well, Aureole Omega wasn’t here though. It didn’t matter though. Asides from the battle maids, there stood Sebas, his arms folded behind him.

Besides him, there was Mare and Aura. The twins looked rather enraptured. Mare, especially, looked put off by the actions of those that they would be playing off of tonight. That was good, they would make sure that those fools paid for their transgressions.

“Entoma, if you would play the map,” he said, looking to the bug girl.

“Okay dokay!” she said, her arms moving up and playing the map in the air.

“Okay, everyone, this is the plan. The syndicate known as, “Eight Fingers,” has spat on the oath of our goddess. As such we can’t let them live, or even exist. So, the question becomes, how do we get rid of them? I have a plan. This plan linked back to what we did in the swamp with the lizardmen,” he explained.

Everyone nodded at that. It was a plan that had gone off flawlessly. Many here had seen the recording of the last battle that Valencia had held.

Demiurge paused, and looked out at the large window behind himself. The sky was dark, the moon was out. All in all, it was a good night to play the part of an evil demon lord. The plan was simple. He just needed to tell them it.

“The plan is rather simple. Sebas will go to the location that the note that the would-be-kidnappers held, along with Solution. There, they will stomp them out in the name of our goddess,” He said gesturing for Entoma to display the location in the air.

“What am I to do?” Shalltear said, her voice muffled by doubt.

“You shall act as backup, and make sure that the don’t get in the way of our retribution. Don’t kill them, though,” he said and pointed to her.

Shalltear scoffed. Her face blushing slightly as she spoke then. Demiurge smiled. She was just as the supreme beings made her. It was marvelous. He was rather shocked that she acted like this, in all honesty. He had expected her to be more broken after her failure.

“You know what? I am not even mad about it!” she said with gumption, “Not one little bit!”

Demiurge smiled. He then looked up, and at the rest of the gathering. Then started again.

“Mare shall move on with Yuri Alpha to here,” he explained, then Entoma displayed yet another map, “the rest of you hold onto your horses. The plan gets a little complex,” he said, earning some nods.

“The plan is a little complicated my ass,” scowled Brain, “We just got to go kill and arrest these idiots. Then, we can go home,” he ranted, his anger simmering.

Climb just shook his head in exasperation. After they had liberated the girls from that brothel, Climb had gone to his mistress and explained what he had done. She had then told him that she then wanted him to aid Blue Roses and stamp out Eight Fingers.

That was yesterday, yet now was the time to enact it. He had met up with both Gazef and Brain. There, he met up with the rest of Blue Roses and had made a plan.

Now, he was supposed to, along with Brain, a retired adventurer named Lockmeier, and a group of levees, Storm an Eight Fingers complex. Yet, as Climb ignored the majority of the grumblings that Brain was muttering, he looked to the building in front of himself.

The street he was on was a wide one. The stone underneath his feet looked like it had been cleaned, and recently. The view of the building in front of him was blocked off by a high stone wall. An iron gate was the only entrance, at least from the front.

He was just about to turn around, and discuss what they were about to do, when he spotted a certain butler. Brain stopped his talking, his eye drawn to the same fellow.

He stood ramrod straight. His hands folded behind his back. Lockmeier noticed their gazes, and looked to the man as well. He spoke, asking who he was.

“Is that that butler you two mentioned earlier?” he asked, and Climb nodded his head.

It was Sebas. It was Sebas in his normal butler’s garb. Climb just looked on at the man. He must have come here for a reason, surely? Sebas spotted them and approached from the gate. His stride was calm, as if he wasn’t undoubtedly getting ready to storm a compound.

“Ah, young Climb and Mister Brain. It is rather good to see you,” Sebas said with a gentle smile, then frowned, “it is about to get rather dangerous here. I would appreciate it if you stayed back, at least a couple of paces,” he said, holding out a hand.

“That’s fine Sebas. I was just about to say the same,” Brain said, smiling, “we were just about to break into this compound, and kill or arrest some of the eight Fingers operatives there.”

Sebas put a hand to his chin, and stroked it. He seemed to think for a second. It was then that he spoke.

“I was just about to do that same as well. These fools have tried and failed to abduct the young woman that I think that I mentioned yesterday. They failed, of course. After that, I was told to come here, as the would be kidnappers had a note indicating this location,” He explained, “I was also told in the note that the rest of Six Arms would be here. I was then told by my Lady Calvaria to kill them.”

“Okay, so do you want to go in together?” Climb asked, his tone curious and serious.

“No, I think it would be better that I enter in from the front, and you all hit the rear entrance,” he said, and Brain and Lockmeier hid their smiles at his wording.

“I think that’s a good idea. What do you all think?” Climb said, and the rest of his group agreed.
