Naruto: Lost to Hinata on Purpose, and Now Everything's a Mess

Chapter 273 : You Will Go To Hell

Cracks split the ground for hundreds of meters.

This level of destructive power was already on par with a Tailed Beast.

After blocking the final puppet’s attack, the Thunder Prisoner dispelled the lightning shield in front of him. Gripping the long lightning-forged blade with both hands, his body blurred and vanished—reappearing behind the final puppet like a thunderclap—and struck with a single, devastating slash.

"Kach—"

"BOOM—!"

With one strike, the lightning surged and split the final puppet in half.

The sword light didn’t stop. It tore forward for over a kilometer, slicing through hills dozens of meters tall and cleaving them clean in two.

Everything in the sword’s path—stone, earth, and steel—was cut in half.

The destruction stretched for kilometers.

Though Thunder Prisoner was a towering colossus, his speed was astonishing—moving with the swiftness of lightning itself.

In terms of both speed and destructive force, Thunder Prisoner far exceeded most Tailed Beasts—perhaps even rivaling the full power of the Nine Tails.

But even after being split apart, the final puppet quickly began to reassemble, drawing immense energy from the Dragon Vein.

Thunder Prisoner wasn’t about to let it recover. With a wave of his hand, dozens of massive chains formed from pure lightning erupted from the ground, wrapping around the puppet and tethering it to the surrounding high-rise ruins.

Then, gripping his lightning blade again, Thunder Prisoner raised it high and struck—cleaving the puppet in two once more.

Mukade’s face twisted in frustration. Though the puppet had been bound by countless lightning chains, it wasn’t limited to just physical combat.

"Try this—my Chakra Cannon!"

Under Mukade’s control, dozens of the puppet’s arms joined together to form a massive cannon, drawing an enormous amount of chakra directly from the Dragon Vein.

"Go to hell!"

The cannon charged almost instantly, condensing a powerful chakra sphere in just one second.

"BOOM—!"

A roaring blast erupted as the cannon fired. A massive beam of condensed chakra shot straight at Thunder Prisoner.

He took a step back, raised both arms, and conjured a solid lightning shield that wrapped completely around his body.

"BOOM—!"

The chakra beam slammed into the shield with titanic force.

The resulting explosion obliterated everything for miles. Buildings, towers, and streets were all swept away.

The entirety of Loulan was reduced to rubble.

A crater hundreds of meters wide opened in the earth.

Riku and Minato Namikaze had already used the Flying Thunder God Technique to teleport far from the impact zone.

They now stood more than a kilometer away, observing the ongoing battle from a distance.

A dense cloud of smoke and dust billowed hundreds of meters into the sky, while shockwaves of energy rippled outward for kilometers.

The sheer destructive force rivaled the blast created when the Wooden Golem used the Tailed Beast Bomb during the legendary battle between Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju.

Minato had never witnessed war on such a terrifying scale.

If Mukade had introduced this kind of weapon into the Third Great Ninja War, it would’ve thrown the Five Great Nations into absolute chaos.

This kind of devastation was equivalent to a full-scale Tailed Beast Bomb.

Minato glanced at Riku. Thunder Prisoner had managed to endure the blast, but the lightning shield had finally shattered.

The force of the explosion had pushed Thunder Prisoner back hundreds of meters.

And yet, his chakra hadn’t weakened at all.

Riku looked toward Thunder Prisoner with a satisfied smile. "Not bad. His durability’s impressive."

Akimichi Choza and Aburame Shibi were stunned. They couldn’t believe what they were witnessing—this level of battle seemed beyond the scope of the ninja world.

What kind of monstrous talent could stir up such a catastrophic fight?

And this was just the next generation...

Thankfully, someone this powerful was a shinobi of Konoha.

The two of them looked toward Riku, whose calm gaze and composed demeanor evoked admiration. He was only sixteen, yet already possessed such terrifying strength.

Minato realized he could no longer intervene.

At his current strength, without the power of the Nine Tails, he had no place in this level of combat.

Thunder Prisoner, still radiating energy, let out a deep roar. His hands formed another massive shield and lightning-forged blade.

He charged straight at the puppet once more.

In response, the puppet unleashed a barrage from thousands of small Chakra Cannons hidden in its many arms.

"BOOM BOOM BOOM—!"

Beams of chakra light rained down like a storm.

Most were deflected by the shield, and those that struck Thunder Prisoner’s body failed to do any real damage.

He pressed forward through the barrage, unrelenting.

As he neared, ready to strike, countless mechanical arms burst from the puppet’s body, all tipped with razor-sharp steel drills.

Golden light flashed in Thunder Prisoner’s eyes. He teleported mid-charge, avoiding every attack.

Then—CRACK!

With one blow, he bisected the puppet yet again.

As it began to reassemble, Thunder Prisoner appeared above it. He clapped his hands together, summoning a bolt of divine lightning from the sky that surged through his body.

In front of him, a beam of lightning began to condense—thick, wild, unstable.

"Zzzzzzt—"

The sheer voltage made the air crackle. The pressure twisted the atmosphere into a violent magnetic field.

The beam’s power was terrifying, decomposing the air around it and distorting the ground.

"BOOM—!"

Thunder Prisoner moved in an instant. The lightning beam fired before the puppet could fully reassemble.

It struck like divine judgment.

Mukade’s eyes widened. "Impossible! How can it use such absurd ninjutsu?!"

He attempted to form a barrier—

Too late.

"BOOOOOM—!"

The beam descended with absolute force. The puppet was annihilated.

Everything within hundreds of meters was vaporized. The earth turned to molten dust, and a crater tens of meters deep and hundreds wide replaced the puppet’s resting place.

The altar of the Dragon Vein was now fully exposed.

Its pure chakra radiated in waves. Riku’s eyes narrowed.

In the blink of an eye, he vanished—and reappeared beside the Dragon Vein.

Without even glancing at Mukade, Riku sliced through the chakra line that connected him to the Dragon Vein.

Mukade, reduced to debris, had been preparing to draw on its power to rebuild the puppet once again.

Suddenly—his connection vanished.

His vision dimmed. His strength failed.

His entire existence had relied on the Dragon Vein’s chakra. Now, that lifeline was gone.

As his thoughts grew muddled and darkness closed in, he glared at Riku’s back.

"Damn you... You ruined everything... Ten years of planning... You bastard... You’re going to hell..."
