The eight people were clearly awake, as Luciel could see some of them moving slowly.
He also saw two people who were leaning on the other side of the wall staring at them.
So, when Luciel opened his eyes, he saw them looking at him immediately.
They were looking at him, but they didn’t say anything. Still, it was obvious that they were surprised when he opened his eyes.
However, it seems that the paralyzing medicine that the people wanted to use on them was strong because it was obvious that the eight people in the room wanted to move more freely, but they couldn’t move much, and it seemed that they didn’t have any strength to move.
Fortunately, they were lucky enough that they ran out of medicine, and they were afraid to go and ask their superiors for more.
It was also clear that they had underestimated them because they didn’t even leave a guard inside the room.
They probably haven’t seen how powerful people with superpowers really are. Or they only saw a few people who had strong superpowers.
It was clear that they didn’t think that they would cause any problem because they didn’t even remove the weapons that were with them.
They didn’t do any body search to remove the things with them but just tied them directly.
It seemed that they were very confident that just because they were tied up with metal chains and they were handcuffed, they couldn’t escape any longer.
