The base was extra generous, which was suspicious.
How could they not even ask for a bit of an entrance fee?
"What about the quarantine time?" Luciel asked again.
"They said we could already enter and stay at one of the houses in front. As long as we don’t leave the house for 12 hours, then we could wander around afterwards," Dan said.
"I see. Then let’s go."
While they were driving through the entrance, Luciel carefully looked at the guards and frowned.
He wanted to look a bit more, but they were already inside the retreat center and were guided to one of the houses nearby.
They parked their car downstairs, and they also saw other cars in the distance.
"Are there other people living nearby?" Luciel asked the person who guided them coldly.
"Yes, there are some people living nearby who have been staying at the camp for a week already. They will probably leave after the people they are waiting for come," the guide said with a smile.
Luciel didn’t ask any further questions and just followed the guide inside the house.
