Ye Yan returned to Yuqiao, but Fu Xingzhou hadn’t come back yet.
She casually sent him a message, "Are you coming back?"
If he didn’t return, she would wash up and go to sleep; if he did, she would wait a while to avoid the discomfort of being woken up from deep sleep.
Fu Xingzhou didn’t reply to the message.
Holding her phone, Ye Yan browsed through Facebook for a while, after confirming that he wouldn’t reply, she picked up her pajamas to wash up.

"Do you have the day off tomorrow?"
Meng Tian’s department had a rule that prohibited drinking within twenty-four hours unless they had the next day off. Even on days off, they rarely got wasted because they could be called to a case at any time and showing up drunk would just get them scolded.
"I’ve been working for fifteen days straight, Director Lu gave me three days off." Meng Tian winked at the camera and danced along with the music.
