Chapter 105 Wandering Base
Wandering Base.
Officially known as the Wandering Alliance Command Base.
It serves as a joint communication and command organization for the life community comprising the Constant Star Lu Chen, Metal Planet Wandering, and Earth Civilization.
It is also the highest authority on Earth, ranking above Earth’s government, responsible for handling both minor and major matters during the escape plan and routine alliance affairs.
The Wandering Base was constructed on a plain in the southern part of the Asian Continent.
Construction began at the inception of the life community and took a total of ten years.
Covering a total area of about 100,000 square kilometers, it encompasses all departments with different functions, including the Consciousness Field Receiver.
This was organized by Lu Chen based on the model of the Double Star Civilization and Double Stars, which have been co-existing as a life community for a longer time, and thus their experiences are worth learning from.
Of course, Lu Chen did not completely copy everything rigidly; he made minor adjustments to suit their own situation.
One thing to note is that, unlike the Underground City and Planet Engine, the Wandering Base is not a tourist area and is generally not open to the public, except for occasional access to certain functional areas for political figures, academic delegations, or school educational tours.
