Due to the venue size and number of guests, seating is limited to the Plus One Rule for everyone...

Ayala... She went stag and refused to fill her extra spot, leaving an open seat at her table, as that spot represents the Amazon.

Sylvia... She brought me as her plus one, and my invitation and plus one went empty, leaving our six-top table mostly empty.

Queen Angelica... She brought Pandora, as bodyguards aren't brought here tonight without the plus one rule.

Princess Lana... She brought Jane, due to Thorin only being able to bring Mary, so this way Thorin has his two main wives here... Yay?

Prince Vali... He brought a maid along to run errands for himself during the party.

Queen Ariel... She brought her cousin, Opal Blue.

Queen Xia Bing... Brought her son, Prince Feng Balder, as her plus one, to leave a more open seating at their assigned table, like what Sylvia is doing with me..

Marquess Steven Sky... is at our table, and brought one of his loving wives along.

Ambassador Celia Breeze... She came alone and is also at Ayala's table... Sitting with them both is a male and female Dwarf couple.

King Owen... He is at a larger table with all the Queens and their plus ones.

Queen Leandra... Both Owen and Leandra each made Gondul and Skogul their plus ones for rules sake, as they have no one they need to bring. (King Luke the first made these ball rules and it is tradition to follow them.)

Prince Blade Balder... Brought his younger wife.

Vice Principal Arnaldo Rake... Brought his daughter.

Duke Maxwell Cross... This straight laced buff guy came stag and isn't socializing much.

A few dozen Counts have also joined, like Lisa's dad, Count Swallow, who brought his main wife.

And just as most of the guests had arrived, the one missing Queen came with her plus one...

While I was talking with Steven at our table, everyone inadvertently looked at the entrance, wondering why the Queen was near the last to show?

Fenrir is a 9th Circle Death Summons that finds the Vampire and female form uninteresting, while his Summons Divinity buff also protects him more.

Unknown to me, my<Primal Flame Constitution>my body acquired when I absorbed the Primal Fire given by Yggi was now automatically working without me even knowing it.

(Primal Flame Constitution: Increased fertility, resists charms, and increases sexual stamina. This also contributed to Lana's pregnancy. And where the Charming Constitution is known as the Pure Yin Body, this constitution is known as the Pure Yang Body in the Eastern Wastelands.)

So as Queen Alice Dark and her plus one entered, both had stunning dresses on.

Alice was wearing her combination sexy red and black dress that accentuates her devilish curves, and her hair was done up in a bun.

With their heels, both women stood at 6'3" tall.

The Queen had a satisfied smile, seeing the whole room look at her and her mother.

I briefly glanced at the second woman, her maid and an obvious Vampire based on her glowing-gold eyes, probably her sister, maid, or friend, as they have similar looks.

I was more shocked at her incredible dress of black with gold accents, with a huge amount of sexappeal, with a hint of Asian flair of the Elves and Dark Elves in it.

I nodded inwardly thinking the body of this Vampire really was attractive and was on par with Queen Angelica, possibly a tad higher?

When I saw that woman look at me with her glowing eyes, I just turned my "normal gaze" from hers and tapped on Sylvia's hand.

My ability to ignore her truly stunned the long lived Matriarch of the Dark Vampire clan.

I had noticed a few odd things in the room when I saw Sylvia looking at those two women, with a look of admiration or appreciation of their beauty.

My link to both Angelica and even Pandora also had a feeling of admiration from Angelica, and envy from Pandora?!

I noticed most of the men were either trying to hide excitement in their pants, looked like they regretted not being able to marry those women, or were gulping down a mouthful of saliva in adoration for the woman's beauty.

Most women seemed to feel envy for not looking as good as those women, or admired their charms to look so good?

"Pandora forgot to mention that Vampires had charm powers?" (Just Camila.)

Keeping up the Charming Body for this many souls is draining on her mana, so her eyes dimmed to normal gold, and others came back to their senses.

"Husband, what did you just say?"

Everyone in the room failed to notice the abnormality but me and Fenrir, and Sylvia was unaware of my comment.

Silvia blushed for real and scolded me with a smile.

I looked to Angelica, who I saw was now agitated, like she knew what power was used on her, because their Warning Rings were still glowing slightly to show the Queens had felt something briefly.

Queen Dark strode over to the table for Queens and Owen, with the newcomer following.

Sniff~! Either intentional or coincidence, the pair of sisterly looking Vampires walked by our table, and I could hear the more attractive woman sniff the air in my area, but she didn't look at me or stop.

My Mundane Divination was sending me warnings. (This skill is why Loki occasionally feels those tingles like a Spidey Sense.)

And with the last Queen seated, the doors were closed for further announcements...

Ting Ting Ting~! With a magic infused tapping of his wine glass, Owen stood to begin the ball with a few words...

The man was clearly flustered though, as it seems he knows the mysterious woman in black and gold, and I could tell he has the (unrequited) hots for her.

"Another six months have come and gone, and we gather once more for the good of our Balder Kingdom. For you guests from afar, thank you for joining us as we lead our Kingdom to new heights..."

"Welcome back Duchess Sylvia Sky, Duke Maxwell Cross, and others too numerous to mention now, welcome back. I will skip the boring details and mention some of the special news some of you may not know about..."

"First, my 6th Queen Ariel Blue is six months pregnant with my child. Second bit of news... At the end of this week, my 1st Princess Lana Balder will be married..."

"Her husband to be is Count Loki Sky, the second Summoner right there next to his wife, Duchess Sky. I'm happy... Really, I am... Ahem, To celebrate this important announcement, my soon to be son has created an amazing drink I will share with everyone tonight..."

"It is called "Alchemist Sky Sake", and it is as tasty and strong as Elven Wine... So drink with caution. Let the ball begin!"

Clap Clap Clap~! As the room applauded his simple speech, the servers all brought bottles upon bottles of my future ruin to the tables for consumption.

This night will mark me a sinner amongst nobles and diplomats alike.

Thorin, Owen, and I hadn't noticed the small, tiny, and mostly harmless "side-effect" of my Sake!

So in a room full of a couple hundred high-profile individuals from across the kingdoms, and especially foreign dignitaries with some beef with one another, my Sake can't be a good thing a few hours later, right?

Owen stood again, and saw the "Sake of Doom" was passed out, and he called to me and Lana to come over, so we both did.

Lana and I both held a small wineglass of "Regrets", while Lana held my elbow with her other hand.

"Alright, let us toast to the new couple, but Loki... You need to drink her glass as well. Then after, you two will start the Royal Ball's first dance! Cheers!"

Three glasses of this Sake is a bottle, and a single bottle is the limit for most low and mid ranked Circles of superhumans!

Gulp~! After my two glasses, I took Lana's hand, and we went to the center of the ballroom.

I was unaware that two Queens asked Owen with bribes of pleasures to get me tipsy tonight! (The 4th and 5th, Vampire and Mermaids.)

Step Step~! With the piano, string, and wind instruments playing in the background, both Lana and I held one another and danced...

Lana was smiling like a foolish girl, that she actually is, and she said with her happy blue eyes.

"Loki, I'm a real girl now... It was faster than you promised... And now I don't have to hide my feelings for you anymore."

While guiding her moves on the floor, I joked.

"Nope, you aren't a real girl, but a real woman now... Um, You really worked hard in the Royal Realm, haha."

She blushed being reminded of her four day session that is leading to a baby growing in her belly now, but she relaxed.

"I worked hard, so I will never forget it. By the way Loki, what piece of Wedding Jewelry do you want me to get for you? I want a ring!"

I held up the Space Ring of gold and sapphire, and the bracelet of gold on my left hand and wrist and said.

"Then lets do paired gold rings, get me a thumb-ring with your name on it... You love red, so rubies if you put a gemstone into it."

"Then do the same for me, a left-hand ruby thumb-ring with your name on it... I like that!"

Mwah~! And as the music was ending, she tiptoed and kissed me gently in front of everyone, including Owen who was clenching his jaw with a fake-ass smile.

"I'll go talk to my father, hehehe~!"

Noticing her father's ability to not send Fenrir to eat me, she ran away to save me while giggling.

I smiled as my mud-mask princess ran off, and was reminded of our very first meeting at the airfield, so adorable!

As many nobles brought some dance partners out to the floor for the second dance, I was brought out of my good mood by the sound of a beautiful voice.

"Count Loki, your dance partner fled, may I have this dance?"

When I smelled the scent of a beautiful woman, and a voice filled with "no good intentions" for my married life, I smiled at the woman behind me.

"I'm the Vile Gu Master with Love Gu, are you sure you want a dance, haha?"

"Oh~my... Then If I fall in love with you, you must take responsibility, haha~♪!"

I sigh in my heart and hold out my hand for the beautiful woman to take it...
