At nine o’clock in the morning, Avery yawned and went to the main building to eat breakfast. The others seemed to have gone out, leaving only her and Maria. Maria was eating breakfast and talking on her phone. She didn’t even notice Avery had entered.
"Dwayne, are you really going to introduce me to a job?" Maria was surprised and touched. "I think it’s great to work at a salon. I can get in touch with many tasteful and fashionable customers and improve my design skills. I’m not afraid of hardship. I’m willing to do anything to learn and earn some money. Okay, thanks, Dwayne. You don’t have to pick me up. I’ll go out after breakfast. It’s a deal. I’ll treat you to dinner tonight."
Avery thought, Dwayne is already making a move so early in the morning? Even donkeys aren’t as diligent as him.
Since that was the case, she had to be more efficient. After Maria finished the call, Avery smiled and said, "Maria, I have nothing to do today. I’ll drive you to the interview and go shopping after."
Maria was pleasantly surprised. "Really? It won’t be troublesome for you, right?"
"It’s no trouble." Avery smiled. "After breakfast, I’ll change my clothes and go out with you."
Someone like Dwayne had to know a lot about luxury brands. Therefore, Avery changed into a top-notch branded dress, shoes, bag, and so on. She also put on light makeup, a low-key necklace, and a luxury watch before driving Maria out.
Maria looked at Avery in surprise. "Avery, you’re wearing the latest style from luxury brands today, right?"
After saying that, Maria added embarrassedly, "I often look at fashion to improve my lousy design skills. I thought your clothes looked very familiar, so I asked."
"High-quality imitation," Avery winked at Maria mysteriously. "Don’t tell anyone."
