Then administrative review accepted the correction and warned that student participation in report correction may burden minors.
That is partly true.
Kitahara-san answered with a distinction:interpretive burden vs erasure burden.

“No” Kitahara said “He was frightened and correctly instructed. Luck is not the lesson”
The student nodded too quickly.
Kitahara made him repeat the distinction.

The report had refused to stay clean.
That meant it could still teach.
Far away, the unknown reader received the clean report first.
Then, later, the corrected broad training summary.
Then, later still, a partial account of the administrative exchange about interpretive burden and erasure burden.
The restricted operational packet did not arrive.
Hayato’s full statement did not arrive.
Miyo’s handling did not arrive.
The shame paper label did arrive, copied badly enough that the reader spent several seconds looking at it without moving.
