Loraine burst forth with overwhelming speed, closing the distance between herself and Yura in an instant, the crimson haired woman’s eyes widening in shock as she couldn’t believe how fast Loraine was moving, absolutely flabbergasted by this sudden overwhelming power increase.

Loraine swung her [Twin Steel Cleavers] with everything she’s got, the two blades gleaming and shining brightly as they were reinforced by [Cleave] and [Magical Grasp], an overwhelming combination that made the battle far more dangerous than what it was supposed to be.

"Nghhh!" Yura grit her teeth as she blocked Loraine’s attack, real visceral pain shooting up her arm as she was visibly thrown back, flying through the air before landing swiftly on her feet, her eyes locked onto the white haired maiden that was rapidly approaching her.

’She’s fast, way too fast! I almost failed to block that, what the fuck is going on!?’ Yura thought to herself, her mind wracking to find an explanation for this strange phenomena.

She knew that Loraine was a [Sacred Maid] and she possessed the ability to wield magic, but she had never heard of a maid who could increase her physical prowess to a monstrous degree.

The only Skill coming to mind being [Aura Of Haste] but even that wasn’t meant for combat and didn’t yield much benefits that could elevate a maid into the elite range.

Whatever Loraine did, was something far out of the ordinary, and Yura wasn’t sure if she could keep playing around after that initial attack.

Loraine didn’t give her much time to recover though, as she immediately appeared in front of Yura once more, her crimson eyes glowing in the night with her determination and conviction as she swung forth once more, the battle raging on in a violent clash of steel.

The sounds of steel meeting steel rang out throughout the night, Loraine was starting to push Yura back, the white haired maiden’s combat prowess having increased to a terrifying degree, her performance far more impressive than when she fought the Devil Rabbits moments ago.

"So you were hiding your true strength, huh?" Yura questioned, swinging her spear in a wide arc that Loraine dodged, leaping over the attack.

’I didn’t think the increase in strength was this huge, it’s almost frightening how quick the tides have turned.’

Loraine thought to herself as she floated in the air for a moment, spinning her body in a rapid twirl as she came crashing down with a violent swing of her cleavers.

Loraine’s attack crashed into the ground with earth shattering force, the ground trembling violently as dust clouds emerged forth, covering the landscape, Yura leaping out of the way in time to avoid the deadly attack.

"Holy shit...." Loraine muttered to herself in shock and awe, witnessing the massive crater her attack created, the sheer destructive force behind it even scaring her as she gazed upon the ruined earth, her body shuddering a bit as she needed to learn to control this power more efficiently.

’That attack...no F-Rank should be capable of that, with how destructive it was, she has to at least be at the peak of C-Rank, or entering B-Rank range.’ Yura thought to herself, her expression turning serious.

She had fought countless monsters in her life, ventured through many dangerous dungeons, and fought fellow adventurers to know how to determine how strong they were, the fact that Loraine could do something of such magnitude not only baffled her, but it was unheard of.

A maid with the destructive capabilities of a B-Rank Adventurer? The idea was simply absurd, and here Loraine was, radiating an aura that could even rival most B-Ranks she had faced, her curiosity was at her peak.

This wasn’t just a sparring match anymore, it was an investigation.

"Hey, focus on the fight! You’re here to evaluate me aren’t you?"

Loraine’s voice cut through the haze of the dust clouds, her two [Twin Steel Cleavers] flying through the haze as they travelled towards Yura with frightening speeds and power, further reinforced by [Magical Grasp]’s telekinetic force and power.

"Oh I’m focused alright, I’ve never been more focused in my life!" Yura said, deflecting Loraine’s [Twin Steel Cleavers] with her spear, the two blades knocked into the sky.

Loraine stepped out of the dust, her hands glowing as she used [Magical Grasp], controlling her [Twin Steel Cleavers] to come crashing down towards Yura once more, before initiating a violent chorus of attacks, the blades spinning erratically as they began to heavily target Yura.

"Damn she’s fast..." Loraine muttered under her breath, noticing how Yura had begun to effortlessly dodge and deflect each of her attacks, her mastery of the spear was nothing more than a work of art, and Loraine was starting to become mesmerized by it’s beauty.

With a powerful swing of her spear, Yura knocked her blades away once more to create an opening, her expression turning more serious as she couldn’t treat Loraine like a rookie anymore, the aura around her changing as it began to intensify, a powerful gust of wind blowing off her body, slamming into Loraine’s body and disorienting the maid for a moment.

"I have to admit, you pushed me more than I expected for a maid," She said, catching Loraine’s [Twin Steel Cleavers] with both of her hands, the blades seized under her monstrous grip.

’S-shit!’ Loraine cursed inwardly, gritting her teeth as she had lost possession over her weapons, a nervous look playing against her features.

"You’re exceptional, truly, you possess abilities I haven’t seen before, and your mastery over your skills is truly impressive, I need to know just how far I can push you now that you’ve shown me what you’re truly capable of."

Yura flashed Loraine a grin, her eyes turning almost manic as she spoke, Loraine getting a bad feeling about this as her heart sank in her chest.

Yura began to walk towards the white haired maiden, her aura far more deadlier and serious. Before Loraine could react, with speeds that the human eye can’t keep track of, Yura vanished, Loraine’s [Maiden Intuition] only able to see an after image of what she left behind.

SLAM!!!!

"Guwah!!!" Loraine coughed as she felt a powerful slam in her stomach, looking down in horror as Yura slammed her elbow into Loraine’s gut, the white maiden doubling over as spit flew out of her mouth, the air leaving her lungs as she was flung far away.

CRASH!!!!

Loraine’s body crashed against the ground, immense pain rendering her unable to move as she desperately gasped for air, gritting her teeth as she tried to recover from the attack.

"Fuck...fuck...It hurts..." Loraine muttered under her breath, clutching her stomach as she watched Yura approach her with a smirk on her lips.

"Oh? So you couldn’t dodge that one? Guess I moved too fast that time," Yura said, chuckling under her breath before she lunged forward once more, her hand shooting out to grab the white haired maiden by the neck, lifting her up into the air.

Loraine gasped for breath, her hands desperately clawing at Yura’s arm, but it wouldn’t budge, even with [Magical Grasp] reinforcing it and her [Aura Of Haste] Skill active, Yura’s arm was like an immovable force.

"Tell me Loraine, how are you able to do that?" Yura questioned, her tone turning into an interrogative one. "You’re faster, stronger, and far more versatile than you should be," Yura said, her eyes glaring into Loraine’s crimson ones.

"Hey..." Loraine said through bated breath, her hands lowering from Yura’s arm to rest on the crimson woman’s chest, Yura’s eyes widening in surprise as she wondered what Loraine was doing.

"You’re taking this too seriously for a little sparring match, don’t you think?"

Crackle....

"What the!?" Yura’s eyes widened in shock as she noticed that Loraine’s palms were emitting bright sparks, crackling ominously as they glowed with a bright light, Yura’s instincts screaming at her to dodge but it was far too late, Loraine activating [Ignition] in that very moment.

BOOM!!!!!

A powerful explosion tore from Loraine’s palms, the skill receiving a 10x boost as it generated a force that threw Yura back momentarily, the distraction allowing Loraine to break free from her grip as she was dropped to the ground, Yura skidding back a few metres as she felt the wind knocked out of her a bit.

"You sneaky little..." Yura gritted her teeth in mild annoyance, watching as Loraine landed on the ground and begin to cough, gasping for air as she stared at Yura.

’Alright, I’ve seen enough.’ Yura thought, a small smirk playing at her lips, Loraine’s evaluation had come to an end, now she needed answers.

’Now’s my chance, I need to finish this.’ Loraine thought as she dashed forward once more, leaping forth as she raised her fist to strike at Yura, [Magical Grasp] amplifying the power of the punch as she leaped at the crimson haired adventurer.

"Alright, we’re done here," Yura suddenly spoke up, not deciding to hold back anymore as she immediately appeared behind Loraine, the white haired maiden snapping back to look at her before she was grabbed out of the air and slammed into the ground.

Yura’s arms shot out and seized control of Loraine’s arms, pinning the white haired maiden to the ground as she bended Loraine’s arm in a painful way to draw out pain, Loraine gritting her teeth as the pain was unbearable.
