Fuck!!!! I'm Having The Alpha Princess's Baby.

Chapter 403: The Trios Tried To Kill The Walkers (2)

Finally, they got to the location. Standing directly in their way was a large, round door made of thick stone, looking like a massive vault safe box embedded in the underground earth.

"Okay, who is rolling?" Princess asked, turning her head back toward the other two.

"I just got my nails done, and na..." Kiara shrugged, leaning her shoulder casually against the rough wall.

"Like you have ever lifted anything heavy in your life. You can’t even hold your own heels," Princess said, holding up the pair of stilettos dangling from her index finger.

Everyone else had worn flat shoes since they knew it was going to be a long walk through the tunnels.

Kiara had put on high heels despite the advance heads-up because she was still determined to look her best no matter where they went.

In the middle of their journey, Kiara got tired of stumbling over uneven rocks and removed her heels, tossing them straight to Princess while demanding Princess hand over her own flat shoes.

Princess had flatly refused to trade. Since they weren’t dating anymore, there was no reason to make sacrifices or put Kiara first.

So Kiara walked completely barefoot, while Princess still ended up having to carry the shoes.

Beam sighed, stepped forward, and ended up rolling the stone door aside. Her muscles tensed as the massive wheel groaned and spun slowly on its hidden track, sliding into the rock face.

They entered through the opening, and the space was no longer narrow or suffocating. Instead, it opened up into a large, sprawling area filled with Night Walkers.

It looked just like a hidden community. There were dozens of them scattered around the open cavern, busy having a fun night together. The whole place was vibrant and lively, with bright hanging lights making the underground cavern look like daytime.

The gathering was so relaxed and cheerful that the girls didn’t see any immediate threat, just Walkers living normal, peaceful lives.

They exchange quick glances and were about to turn around, hoping they hadn’t been noticed so they could leave for good.

It wasn’t their intention to ruin their peace or destroy a functioning sanctuary.

Then, cutting through the chatter of the crowd, they heard a familiar giggle.

By the bar area near the far wall, someone was actively mingling and drinking with a tall Night Walker.

"Isn’t that your brother, Leo?" Kiara pointed her long fingernail at Leo, who was busy taking a heavy gulp from a glass beside someone holding a wooden ale mug.

"Yes, that’s my brother. What is he doing here?" Princess asked, her brows pulling together as she stared at the scene.

This was completely confusing because Leo was the exact guy who always made sure there wasn’t a single Walker anywhere inside the tunnel network so he could keep his racing business running smoothly.

And now he looked like someone having the time of his life with them.

"Come on, guys," Princess muttered.

They all walked over toward the wooden bar, and several Walkers in the room had already started noticing their arrival. The chatter dipped slightly as curious eyes tracked their movements.

They kept their heads low until they got right up to Leo’s table.

"Leonardo Kings, what are you doing here?" Princess called out the second she got close to her brother.

Leo paused with the glass halfway to his mouth, turning his head to see his little sister and her friends standing behind him.

This was completely unexpected.

"Hi, Princess and her entourage. What are you all doing here?" Leo said, the wide smile never leaving his face.

He looked completely different from his usual formal self. Even his long blue hair wasn’t packed in its strict, sleek ponytail, but was instead hanging totally loose over his shoulders.

"I just asked you the same question," Princess said, crossing her arms over her chest.

"I am vibing with my neighbors. They are funny people," Leo laughs, waving a hand toward the crowd before raising his voice. "Hey, everyone, don’t worry! Keep your guards down. This is my little sister and her friends. They are not threats, right?"

Leo picked up his mug and continued drinking his ale.

"What is happening?" Princess muttered, still unable to believe what was unfolding in front of her eyes.

Was this some kind of sick joke? This dude was never relaxed or cool with anyone unless it directly involved making a massive profit.

Leo stood up from his stool and burped loudly into his fist. He adjusted his suit coat, picked it up off the back of the chair, and slung it casually over his shoulder. He turned toward the bartender with a grin.

"Thank you for the medieval experience, Jonathan. I will see you tomorrow around this time," Leo said.

"Ay, ay, boss," the bartender saluted, wiping down the wooden counter with a rag.

"Okay, girls, come on. Let’s go talk in my office. The ride is right that way."

They turned to see a heavy tunnel lift built into the far end of the stone wall. It looked like a small iron train car crafted in the shape of an elevator, set on thick metal tracks running like a train station...

They climbed inside along with Leo. He even waved cheerfully at the crowd of Walkers as the lift doors shut and the gears began to move them up the shaft.

Finally, they stepped out into Leo’s main office, still tucked inside a private section of the tunnel system.

The moment he sat down in his leather office chair, he unbuttoned his collar, pulled off his tie, and dropped it right onto the desk. Then he leaned back and looked at the three girls standing in a straight line before him, waiting for an explanation.

"How did you three find that place? And Princess, do not tell me you bugged my wristwatch again, or is it this tie you gave me last year as a present for our mother’s memorial..?" Leo asked, tapping his finger against the wine-colored fabric on the desk.

"I did not put the bug in the tie or your watch," Princess said cleanly. She wasn’t even bothering to deny that she had planted spy trackers on his other belongings.

"What are you doing with the Walkers?" Kiara asked, leaning her hip against the side of the desk.

"I asked you three to get rid of the Walker girl whose name happens to be Andrea Gerald. Does that name ring a bell?" Leo asked, glancing at each of them.

"No. It doesn’t ring a bell," Princess said smoothly.

"You were supposed to kill her, but no, you didn’t. And now, not just one, but many Walkers are living down in my tunnel."

"We just saw you having the best time of your life with them," Beam said, her voice flat and unbothered.

"What choice do I have? Like they say, always befriend your enemy to keep them close and safe.. my safety.."

"So you are friends with them now?" Princess asked, raising an eyebrow.

"No. I have no friends down there. I was just pretending to be at peace with them, and we divided the tunnel. I have this side, they have that side. My land has literally been divided into two."

"Well, if we are talking about original ownership here, this land actually belongs to the Walkers," Kiara pointed out with a smirk.

"Shut up, Kiara. Why don’t you do what you are made to do? Go burn them, please," Leo ordered, casually waving his hand as if he were asking her to clear away trash.

"That is not happening. They don’t look like threats to anyone," Kiara refused, shaking her head.

"They don’t look like threats because they are acting nice while waiting for you to die. Then they will strike. And do you know that it will be my business that is affected by all this?"

"Leo, what day is it tomorrow?" Princess asked, staring down at her annoying second brother.

"What? Sunday," Leo answered, looking at her like she was crazy.

"When is your daughter’s birthday?"

"December 2nd. In two months’ time I guess."

"That is my birthday, you dummy. Look at you. All you ever think about is money and more money. Your daughter’s birthday is tomorrow, and you are busy hanging out and having fun with people you plan on killing. You are a horrible father."

"And you are the absolute best auntie in the whole wide world. Go buy her presents and host a Cinderella party for her. I’m sure that will bring a big smile to her delightful face."

Leo tapped his fingers against the table like a quick drumroll.

"Okay, when are you all going to do the job? You can do it today if possible. I counted a total of 148 Walkers down in that hall. Oh, Jonathan, I’m going to miss his ale. So exquisite. Do you believe he once owned a real tavern? He was the best brewer of his time. Too bad he will die today. So, when?"

The girls didn’t say anything. They just stood there staring at his complete stupidity.

Yes, they had originally planned to clear out the area today, but the moment they had entered that place, everything was completely peaceful.

Instead of finding dangerous monsters, they had just seen normal Walkers trying to live a quiet life away from the surface world.

"Don’t change your mind now. Do not be deceived by their appearance. They are a threat to Oakland, and as an Oaklander, do your job and bring peace to this land," Leo said, leaning forward to try to convince them.

"I’m not cutting my skin to kill innocent people," Kiara refused flatly.

"I don’t know what my duties are supposed to be, but I do not want to hear them scream," Beam said, stepping back toward the door.

"Girls, how about I give you..." Leo paused, looking at each of them in turn before continuing. "Kiara, Chanel bags. Lots of them, all for you. Beam, you get whatever you ask for. I’ll give you a lot of those pills you need to ease the pain during the full moon."

"The pills don’t work on me anyway. I still feel the exact same pain whenever my bones crack," Beam said.

Leo turned his gaze to his sister.

"What about you, my dear, lovely favorite sister? You can put your senses into them. What do you want? Tell me. I will give it to you right now. Money, cars, unlimited diapers, formulas, or a bigger house for your pups. A whole mansion. How does that sound?"

"What I want is to watch your business crumble to the ground. That will be fun, and you can finally realize that your daughter actually needs you."

"You are making a massive mistake by not killing them. They will multiply down here and eventually have their revenge."

"Well, I won’t be in this town when they do that. I don’t like it here anyway. Goodbye, brother. See you during our mother’s memorial hangout."

The Trios finally turned their backs on him, leaving the underground tunnel behind and returning up to the he clubhouse.

"Okay, I’m heading to meet my girlfriend. Who wants to grab pizza first?" Princess asked, pulling out her keys from her game station...

They stopped by the local pizza shop down the street to grab a few boxes...

Princess ordered extra large boxes specifically for Faye and her friends.

While they were sitting inside their booth waiting for the food, Kiara suddenly remembered something important.

She reached into her purse, pulled out a sharp sewing needle, and attempted to poke her thumb.

"What are you doing? We are in a public place," Princess said, catching her wrist before she could break skin.

"My girlfriend hasn’t made a single smile since she woke up from the dead, and I don’t like it when my person isn’t happy. It affects my sex life. So, in order to get her smile back and have her active again, I need to do something..."

As Kiara explained her reasoning, she pricked the tip of her finger with the steel point.

Her eyes flickered violently, turning bright red like burning flames.

Beam shifted in her seat, looking like she was about to make a run for the door.

"Don’t worry. I have been practicing this. I’m still fully me. I just need a tiny little drop..."

From the small prick on her thumb, a bead of dark blood lifted off her skin and floated straight up into the air above the table.

Kiara closed her eyes tightly and tried to control her inner wolf, doing her best to avoid losing her mind to the magic. She pictured the exact face she had seen in the photograph and took a slow, deep breath.

Then she whispered his name into the warm air of the shop.

"Benson Donaldson..."

The glowing droplet of blood drifted across the booth and floated silently out through the open door of the shop, disappearing into the street outside.

Kiara’s eyes instantly changed back to their normal color, her breathing evening out.

"Who is that?" Princess asked, watching the spot where the blood had disappeared into thin air.

"Don’t worry. It’s not your girlfriend I am burning, so rest... I can’t wait to tell Bambi what I have done for her..."
