"Oh, right! We should ask Sion for help with this. He can treat you, Sister." Meteria suddenly perked up as she thought of a solution, but then quickly sighed.

"Ah, but wait... He went to the dungeon today, so he probably will not be back for a while."

There was entirely too much information for Alfia to process at once.

"Are you telling me that the ordinary civilian you just mentioned taught you chantless congenital magic, possesses healing abilities, and went into the dungeon today?" Alfia rubbed her temples.

Where in the world did this absurd creature come from?

If anyone other than her sister had said it, Alfia would have never believed a word of it.

However, the suppression naturally had its limits. Even with the help of magic items carved from the branches of the sacred tree, it could only suppress up to 92% of the skill's recoil.

Even so, with that magic seal.

Meteria's health improved.

"A magic that suppresses skills..." Alfia stared at her in utter shock before her eyes slowly narrowed.

"Then I really must meet him... Meteria, tell me everything about this Sion."

"Okay!" Meteria desperately wanted Alfia to acknowledge Sion, so she happily started her story from the very beginning, detailing how the two of them first met.

Alfia grew even more astonished as she listened. When she heard that Sion had developed a magic capable of suppressing skill effects in the span of just a single month, she was completely baffled.

Alfia's thought had been that Sion was simply some bizarre, magically gifted human.

But now, it was clear that he was an absolute monster.
