"As long as you are prepared to stay buried forever," Yasuhiro stated bluntly.

He knew the most appropriate way to communicate with a battle maniac like Vali was to be straightforward.

Ophis nodded and then leaned against Yasuhiro. "I want to stay with you. I don't want to go back."

Only Yasuhiro in this world could be so casually accepting of the infinite dragon god.

Her words made Yasuhiro realize that considerable trouble was about to strike.

It didn't matter who those petty scoundrels in the khaos brigade were whoever dared to cause trouble should be prepared to be buried forever.

"Vali, by being here with her, you've essentially betrayed the khaos brigade."

"Not only will the old maou faction and the hero faction see you as a threat but even Rizevim will want you dead," Yasuhiro warned.

Vali who brought Ophis out to find Yasuhiro would almost certainly incur the wrath of the extremists within the brigade.

His grandfather, Rizevim Livan Lucifer had tormented him since childhood.

The transcendent born from Lucifer and Lilith was the person he hated most.

Rizevim was undoubtedly the nemesis of sacred gear wielders.

It was rumored that Sirzechs intentionally built a peerage without sacred gear wielders specifically to counter Rizevim.

"You don't need to say anything more about this," Vali said coldly.

He was clearly displeased with the reminder.
