Ignoring the panic Tuluo Cheng, Feng Xiyan strode toward the altar. Standing before the bronze mirror, he knelt down, clasped his fists, and lowered his head.
"Heaven, what is your instruction?" he asked solemnly.
As the golden light grew brighter, it caught the attention of the Feng Army’s soldiers outside.
"Look! It’s the golden light!" exclaimed one of the patrolling soldiers as he pointed to the golden light shining down on the commander’s tent.
After witnessing the bright golden pillar of light on the day they enshrined Fairy Bai’s golden body, the soldiers already knew that such golden light was a sign that Heaven, or Fairy Bai, was descending into the mortal world.
As they stared at the golden light, the soldiers knelt on the ground and kowtowed deeply one after another while chanting, "This humble one thanks Heaven for blessing the Feng Army! Long live Heaven! Long live Fairy Bai! Long Live the Great General!"
At the same time, inside the commander’s tent, Feng Xiyan saw the bronze mirror slowly float up from its stand.
Watching with wide eyes, he saw the bronze mirror drift toward Tuluo Cheng. As it hovered above Tuluo Cheng’s head, the golden light grew denser and formed a golden pillar, pressing down on his body.

As he struggled, the bronze mirror grew brighter, and the pressure on his body increased.
