BOOM!

A deafening crash echoed out. The mountain-like tidal wave, which had been surging forward at high speed, came to an abrupt halt. A massive, dark figure was flung from its crest, hurtling back toward the sea!

But the water around the figure didn’t stop. It had already formed a raging tsunami that instantly flooded downtown San Francisco. It left the coast and docks in utter chaos, and several skyscrapers right on the shoreline collapsed violently under the tremendous force!

The tidal wave also slammed into the metal giant. Its two legs, hundreds of meters thick, were dug deep into the ground, unmovable even against the force of the tsunami.

"Jingwei, have you jammed the surveillance satellites in this area?" Shen Feng asked, watching the seawater continue to surge toward them.

Jingwei’s voice immediately sounded in his mind:

"Don’t worry, they’re all jammed. By the way, are you sure you don’t want all of humanity to watch this fight? We’re at this point already, there’s no need to keep hiding, is there? Just then, Shen Feng suddenly felt a disturbance among the Gray Tide detectors he had spread out.

The next instant, a black shadow leaped from the sea hundreds of meters away like a great fish, lashing out with tentacles dozens of meters thick at the Gray Tide Giant under Shen Feng’s control!

Simultaneously, tens of thousands of sharp, kilometer-high metal spikes shot up from the seabed, aiming for the beast in mid-air.

SHUK SHUK SHUK SHUK... With a series of piercing sounds, the beast was instantly turned into a pincushion. The Gray Tide’s spikes plunged into its body and began to devour and assimilate it!

Shen Feng felt a surge of triumph. James, sheltered within the Gray Tide Giant, was also gaping in disbelief.

But his expression immediately turned grave. The metal spikes had only penetrated a few dozen meters into the beast’s body before stopping, unable to pierce any further!

Its tentacles whipped around, wrapping tightly around the Gray Tide Giant, as it raised its sharp limbs and brought them slashing down.

The Gray Tide, already disrupted by the powerful electromagnetic pulse, was now struggling to hold its form. An arm and shoulder were instantly sheared off the Gray Tide Giant, and even its head began to show signs of collapse!

In a single moment, the tables had turned completely!

Shen Feng raised an eyebrow.

’The energy inside this thing is just too bizarre. It has an incredibly strong suppressive effect on the Gray Tide. Can’t beat it, just can’t beat it... Even the Gray Tide is helpless against this thing...’
