Villainess Breaker: Raising Broken Beauties Against Destiny

Chapter 181: Damian Buys the Forbidden Love Letter

Damian’s grin turned even brighter. "Senior Sister Mirabel, since you have something I want, I naturally need to show some sincerity."

Mirabel rested her cheek against one hand, her calm eyes carrying clear interest. "Oh? Then what does Senior Brother Damian plan to give me?"

Damian did not answer immediately.

He reached into his storage ring and took out a jade slip filled with one of his martial arts.

Damian placed it in front of her with a confident expression. "A copy of the Top-Rank Royal Grade sword art, [Burning Thunder Sword Art]."

Mirabel’s fingers stopped.

For the first time since Damian sat down, the lazy elegance around her disappeared as her gaze fell onto the jade slip.

Top-Rank Royal Grade.

Those words were not something ordinary disciples could casually say.

Even inside the Heavenly Sword Sect, Royal Grade martial arts were not cabbages that anyone could pick up from the roadside.

A Top-Rank Royal Grade sword art was something even Nascent Soul cultivators would fight over. In many places, not even Golden Core cultivators would have the right to look at one.

Mirabel slowly lifted her gaze back to Damian.

Her expression had already returned to calm, but the slight pause in her breathing had exposed her shock.

"Senior Brother Damian," she said softly, "how do you have this kind of martial art?"

Damian leaned back with a relaxed smile. "Naturally, because I am amazing."

Mirabel looked at him silently.

Damian coughed lightly and waved his hand. "Alright, alright. Don’t look at me like that. I just picked it up somewhere, and this is only a copy. Tell me if it’s good enough."

Technically, [Burning Thunder Sword Art] had come from the system.

However, the jade slip he gave Mirabel was not the system reward itself.

It was a copy he personally created after cultivating the art, adding his own understanding, movements, and battle experience.

In other words, it was not really a system item anymore.

It was his version.

Damian still believed it could count as a gift.

"After all, last time, my improved talisman formula counted as a gift because I made a copy and altered it a bit. This one should be the same."

Mirabel looked at the jade slip for several breaths before quietly storing it away.

A faint smile appeared on her face. "Very well. Since Senior Brother Damian is this sincere, I will give you the letter."

Damian’s eyes immediately brightened. "As expected, Senior Sister Mirabel is a woman who understands fairness."

Mirabel took out a sealed old envelope from her storage ring and placed it on the table.

Damian carefully picked it up like he had just obtained some ancient forbidden treasure.

Mirabel watched his reaction and chuckled softly. "You really like secrets."

Damian grinned. "Only when they belong to beautiful women."

He stood up and casually adjusted his robe. "Senior Sister Mirabel, if you have any other stories to tell, or if you simply want someone to chat with, feel free to call me anytime."

His smile turned shameless again. "I’m always available for a beautiful woman like you."

Mirabel stared at him for a breath.

A moment later, she laughed softly. "Senior Brother Damian, you truly are shameless."

Damian lifted the envelope and winked. "Of course. That’s why talking with me is the best. I don’t care what other people say, and I don’t bother pretending to be righteous."

---

A short while later, Linsey, Helena, Cynthia, and Evelyn finally came back from inside the Scripture Pavilion.

Each of them held a jade slip in her hand.

Damian glanced over lazily, but the moment he saw the faint glow around the jade slips, his eyebrow rose slightly.

"Mid-Rank Noble Grade?"

Linsey nodded happily. "Yes, Master."

Helena looked at the jade slip in her hand with clear satisfaction. "The pavilion elder said we are still quite young for Peak Foundation Establishment cultivators, so we received special treatment."

Cynthia gently brushed her fingers over her jade slip. "Normally, we would only be allowed to choose Low-Rank Noble Grade manuals first."

Evelyn’s voice was quiet, but there was rare satisfaction beneath her usual cold tone. "This is better than expected."

Damian nodded seriously. "Good. Very good. As expected, my women deserve better things."

The four women paused for a moment.

Linsey’s face turned red first.

Helena coughed and looked away.

Cynthia lowered her eyes, her lips faintly curved.

Evelyn’s ears became slightly pink, though her face stayed cold.

Mirabel watched them from behind the desk, her calm eyes carrying obvious amusement. "Senior Brother Damian, you really say shameless things in public."

Damian smiled brightly. "Senior Sister Mirabel, I only speak the truth."

Mirabel chuckled softly. "That is what makes it shameless. After all, some truths are quite embarrassing when spoken out loud."

Damian ignored her and carefully stored the old envelope inside his robe, then turned toward her with a shamelessly handsome smile. "Remember to call me if you want to talk again."

He winked. "Or if you have another beautiful woman’s secret to sell."

Mirabel rested her cheek against one hand and laughed quietly. "I’ll remember."

Damian’s grin widened. "Good."

He turned back toward Linsey and the others. "Alright, beauties. Let’s go."

Linsey tilted her head. "Where are we going, Master?"

Damian looked at them like the answer should have been obvious. "Your room again."

The four women froze.

Helena’s mouth twitched. "Again?"

Cynthia’s cheeks warmed at once. "Master... it is still daytime."

Evelyn looked away, her fingers tightening around her jade slip. "Shameless bastard."

Damian lifted his chin proudly. "Don’t misunderstand. This is serious cultivation assistance."

Linsey’s eyes brightened suspiciously. "With your essence?"

Damian pointed at her. "Exactly."

Helena covered her face with one hand. "Damn it..."

Several nearby disciples who heard that almost tripped over their own feet.

Mirabel’s teacup paused halfway to her lips.

For a breath, even the elegant librarian looked like she did not know whether to laugh or scold him.

Damian, however, remained completely righteous. "Come on, don’t be shy. You already tried it once. Trying it a second time is nothing strange."

Helena’s face turned redder. "That is definitely strange."
