"Fufufu~~~" as she took out one of them, she couldn’t help but giggle to herself while she gleefully tiptoed towards her bed, sitting there and letting the towel wrapping her figure to fall off, her attention occupied not by her exposed figure, but by the diamond-shaped stone littered by azure veins pulsing around it.
’It seems to be bigger than before?’ a faint trace of intrigue pops into her mind as she inspects the Evolution Crystal in her hand, and what better way for her to inspect it than to check out the energy waiting to be absorbed inside.
Hence why she closes her eyes as she guides mana to herself, then after a brief moment, Evolution Crystal moves away from the container and towards her body as well, the warmth spreading all across her body as she allows the energy to continuously refine each and every single part of her body.
As she opens her eyes, she mindlessly stood up, dressing herself before plopping onto the bed once again, taking another one of the E Tier Evolution Crystals just to make sure that it really is doing what she thinks it does.
’It’s stronger than before...’ she confirmed as she finished absorbing this specific crystal, causing her to start giggling to herself as her feet starts swinging in glee, the fact that Novus is taking care of her more and more sinking deep into her mind.

While the lady revels in the warm and fuzzy feeling that the young man’s care is making her feel, the young man himself is in quite the different situation, also down on his bed, feeling the intense influx of pain barraging his mind.

Despite his mastery and familiarity over the Verdant Forest continuously expanding through his time of exploration there, the young man still couldn’t help but feel amazed at the fact that there are always surprising things for him to discover in said area.
From his initial goal of searching, and eventually reaching the Safe Zone the system pointed him to, a safe place inside such perilous domain, his target is now gradually leaning into improving his combat abilities more and more.
This place becomes an especially effective way to do so as not only is he encountering beasts in the form of the Ebony Direwolves packs, but he is also fighting against entities who moves, thinks and acts in more human ways, those opponents being the Goblins for him.
During this run, his familiarity over the utilization of shadow elemental mana continues to grow, his foundational combat prowess improving more and more as he started integrating all the cards he had developed until now.
’Little by little...’ he reminds himself as he felt all too excited with all the development going on with himself, that reminder forcing him to tone his emotions down as he checks for the spoils of his previous run.

All while taking his time to take down any E Tier slimes that was caught in his way as well, in preparation for the possibility of a great amount of them being required for him to ascend to the next tier.

Those words, had it been heard by anyone else in the academy, will make them not surprised nor shocked, but rather, terrified, especially when they know the authenticity of the claim.
After all, advancing several tiers is something difficult to achieve even for the level of geniuses and talent studying within this academy, and for someone to claim that they are capable of advancing to the D Tier when they are just a freshman student is nothing short of insanity, of absurdity.

And to further hasten his approach to his limits, he then consumed a gold-like fluid that made his body feel like it is craving for Evolution Energy, a faint smile appearing on his face as he continues with his meditation just several minutes after he was kicked out of the Evolution Domain once again.
