Giggles can be heard as a lady took her relaxing, warm bath, said lady taking a good look at the crystal she is currently holding in her hand, still quite fascinated with how such a small thing can help in improving her prowess way faster and better than mana ever could.

What fascinates her even more than this resource however is the young man who gave it to her without asking anything in exchange at all, her mind flashing her memory of his smile as the two of them roam around the floating city.

And recalling how he looks, she couldn’t help but feel her cheeks turning warm, prompting her to hide the crystal on her hand as she dips even her face on the water trying to cool herself down.

’Hehehe~~~’ still, she took it out once again, her eyes forming a crescent smile as she hums a little tune to herself, keeping the Evolution Crystal near her chest without absorbing it at all, feeling quite comfortable to the point that sleepiness threatens to hit her being as she continues to dip herself on the water.

’Where should we go tomorrow?’ she thought to herself as she completely relaxed, already thinking of good places to explore, feeling excited for the next day to come.

The lady couldn’t help but smile wider as she realized that her days are just getting more and more entertaining, more and more fulfilling since lately, giving her the energy to get up from her rest and proceed to meditate as well, sprawling around her great amount of Evolution Crystal as she began her meditation.

While the lady continues with her meditation, the young man she was thinking about, the very same one she felt grateful for not only saving her life, but also sharing such precious things with her, opens his eyes.

’Weird, it feels like I can absorb them faster now...’ feeling like he had taken a shorter time to absorb the remaining E tier Evolution Crystal compared to before, Novus couldn’t help but wonder what is it that changed, the only thing he can think of being the fact that he had grown stronger now.

However, such effect of being capable of absorbing Evolution Crystals faster never came to him until he had broken through F tier and entered the E tier, and focusing on this fact, his mind concluded something solely based on the clues he has.

’Interesting... is it because the gap between F tiers and E tiers are larger so I can notice the improvement of absorption speed?’ he asked himself knowing that there will be no one to answer him, causing him to just accept this deduction for now as he opens his status screen, showing his growth.

Despite his strength already going beyond what any E tier mage can ever achieve; Novus still couldn’t help but feel doubtful of whether he will be capable of dealing with the opponents he will encounter within the Evolution Domain.

After all, it was only a few days ago that he was kicked out of the Evolution Domain from the consequences of having to deal with a beast wave composed solely of slime.

And he knew full well that if he wants to continue hunting within the domain, it will be an event that he will inevitably need to face them again, after all, the condition for triggering a beast wave is killing a certain number of beasts, and that is exactly what he needs to do in order for him to gather resources for himself.

Seeing that he still has some time before he can enter the Evolution Domain again, Novus decided to go for the remaining F tier Evolution Crystal in the storage space, reasoning that he will eventually acquire a lot of them again once he entered the domain.

Hence taking out the remaining over thousand of F tier Evolution Crystal, he enters meditation once again as he absorbs their content, feeling the growth of strength less than halved compared to his rate of improvement absorbing E tier crystals, but still, a significant growth nonetheless.

Those notifications appear for every single F-Tier Evolution Crystal he absorbs, and whenever he reached the hundred, another set of notification reveals themselves as well.

Eventually, he was woken up from the lack of Evolution Energy flowing through his being, the remnant still circulating making him feel like he had truly improved the speed of his absorption once more, allowing him to finish nearly a couple of thousand of F tier crystals in the span of four hours.

In front of himself, he saw it, the numbers across the board hitting a thousand and thirty-five for all of his stats, along with the growth of Immortal Energy and his talent’s progress, he couldn’t help but feel satisfied with his current abilities.

Of course, even if he feels that it still isn’t enough, there is no longer any Evolution Crystal that he can use to improve himself, as he is currently saving the higher-tiered D tier Evolution Crystal just in case it is required for his rank up to a D tier Mage.

’Right, since I’m already here, I should just consume these as well, they will eventually drop in the domain too after all...’

Indeed, while already satisfied with his bodily prowess, the young man has yet to satisfy himself in terms of preparation, hence the reason why he decided to eye the only remaining consumable resources that might help him in his fourth entry to the Evolution Domain.
