Infinite Mana: I Am The Absolute Supreme

Chapter 133: Meeting with the guests

Victor adjusted his posture as the residual turbulence from his breakthrough settled into the surrounding air. He turned his thoughts inward, communicating directly with the world system in his consciousness.

"Can I create Chaos Essence now?" Victor asked the World System.

[You have comprehended 1% of the law. So you will need 100000 times more energy to create the essence and the load on your body will be much more.]

"Who cares, let us create this thing already," Victor said.

Without a second thought, Victor mobilized his core. Instantly, his chaos domain activated, extending outward in invisible ripples. Deep within the core of his domain, pure chaos essence started to slowly manifest. Dark, violet sparks formed in the center of his palm, condensing bit by bit.

Victor paused, expecting an unbearable toll on his internal organ network.

"Huh? I am not feeling the energy pressure?" he thought, genuinely surprised.

[It looks like your chaos body is acting like a mediator. So you are not actually feeling the pressure but you will need 1 minute to create a single drop.]

"That is more efficient then," Victor murmured internally, a satisfied expression appearing on his face.

He remembered Astrion explaining earlier that Chaos Essence was at least one hundred times purer and more potent than Universal Essence. Therefore, Astrion would need either one million drops of Universal Essence or ten thousand drops of Chaos Essence to achieve his breakthrough into the Immortal Realm.

Creating a drop per minute meant Victor could produce sixty drops an hour, or fourteen hundred and forty drops in a full day. In three days, he would be able to generate between three thousand and four thousand drops, even if he worked continuously.

"Astrion should be able to become an immortal by the day after tomorrow," Victor calculated silently, continuing the distillation process without interruption.

Time flowed silently inside the quiet room. Day turned to night, and night gave way to dawn, until the night of the ninth day arrived. Victor finally ceased his generation process, breathing out a faint mist of violet energy. Resting on the floor beside him was a refined spatial container filled with three thousand shimmering drops of dark violet Chaos Essence.

It was the ninth day, and Victor knew he should go out soon. The grand coronation ceremony was scheduled for tomorrow, and guests from across the vast cosmos were arriving throughout the night.

"Astrion, how many universal essence drops did you create?" Victor asked, looking toward the corner where the scaled beast stood guard.

"750000 drop master," Astrion replied, opening his glowing crimson eyes from his deep meditative state.

"Here, three thousand chaos essence drops. This should be enough for you to become immortal, correct?" Victor asked, handing over the container containing the dense violet liquid.

"That is right master," Astrion nodded, his voice filled with overwhelming gratitude as he accepted the spatial container.

"Then which law would awaken next?" Victor asked curiously.

"The law of destruction," Astrion replied solemnly.

"Alright. Breakthrough then," Victor said, standing up from his cross-legged position on the floor and straightening his posture.

Astrion did not say another word. His massive form shifted, turning into a stream of dark shadow that slid smoothly into Victor’s shadow, vanishing completely from sight to begin his quiet ascension.

Knock! Knock!

"Your highness, his highness Vladimir is here," a sweet voice of a palace attendant sounded from outside the door.

Victor walked over to the thick entrance door and pulled it open. Standing outside in the corridor was Vladimir, accompanied by a familiar figure peeking out from behind him.

"Hey junior brother, what were you doing all these days? I have come here almost everyday. You are so hardworking," Sofia suddenly stepped out from behind Vladimir with a lively grin.

"Ah! Hello senior brother, senior sister," Victor greeted both of them with a polite nod.

"Here are your clothes for tonight. Go, change. Many envoys from supreme races are already here and I heard some god races would appear soon," Vladimir said with a warm smile, handing over a neatly folded set of ceremonial robes made of high-grade star silk.

"Alright," Victor nodded and took the clothes before closing the door to prepare.

Outside the closed door, Vladimir glanced at the sealed room in silent marvel.

"He has broken through to the domain master realm. How old is he?" Vladimir asked, his tone laced with genuine shock.

"He is a monster among monsters," Sofia said in a solemn tone, shaking her head gently.

A few minutes later, the door reopened, and Victor stepped out into the hallway.

The dark violet ceremonial robes fit his muscular frame flawlessly, complementing his striking features. His long purple hair fell smoothly over his shoulders, framing his handsome face and sharp, deep purple eyes. His overall presence exuded a faint, natural majesty that was impossible to ignore.

"Junior brother, you are going to steal the sleep of some maidens tonight," Sofia teased, covering her mouth with a light laugh.

"Oh? Did I steal yours, senior sister?" Victor teased back, raising an eyebrow with a subtle smirk.

"Of course. Now this senior sister won’t be able to sleep for a millenia," she said, clutching her chest dramatically.

The three of them burst into laughter, the lighthearted banter easing the formal atmosphere.

Together, they walked down the grand alabaster corridaors toward the central palace compound. As they moved deeper into the estate, Victor noticed that the security measures were extraordinarily strict. Armed guards in high-grade defensive armor stood stationed at every intersection, wielding high-tech energy weapons. High above, the sky was filled with swarms of surveillance drones maintaining an active perimeter, while flying patrol vessels glided silently through the air at regular intervals.

"The security system is really tight," Victor muttered, observing a heavy armored vessel passing overhead.

"What do you expect? The highest gathering of the universe will be here tomorrow. There are many evil organizations lurking in the dark. We need to be vigilant," Vladimir replied calmly.

"Makes sense," Victor nodded in understanding.

"Senior brother, Victor, you guys go ahead. I think envoys from the demon race are here. I will go and meet them," Sofia said, spotting a group in the distance before taking her leave.

Vladimir turned to Victor as they continued walking toward the main reception area.

"Victor, though your home planet is in the god realm now, there are some human races scattered across the universe, and the humans are very unified. They created a cosmic human alliance containing many human races of the universe. They probably sent their envoy as well. Do you want to meet them or should we go to the grand hall? A banquet should be going on right now," Vladimir explained.

"Cosmic human alliance? What is their ranking? Who is the strongest among the human race?" Victor asked.

"There should be a universal realm being leading them. Not too weak, not too strong either," Vladimir replied.

"I will meet them in the banquet. Let me see their behavior first," Victor replied after a brief thought.

"Okay. Let us go then," Vladimir said.

They soon arrived in front of a pair of towering double doors made of golden alloy and carved with ancient cosmic runes. A contingent of elite royal guards stationed at the entrance immediately stood straight and bowed respectfully as the duo approached.

The heavy golden gates swung open slowly, revealing the breathtaking grandeur of the main banquet hall inside.

"His highness Vladimir Rushborn and His highness Victor Walker have arrived!" the lead guard declared loudly, his voice reverberating throughout the vast hall.

The bustling chatter, clinking of crystal glasses, and background music in the enormous hall instantly died down. Hundreds of powerful figures, prominent envoys, and representatives from renowned cosmic factions stopped their conversations and turned their attention toward the entrance.

"So he is the man who broke the record. He is really remarkable," an envoy from an ancient beast faction whispered to his companion.

"Right? I cannot believe a lesser race like the human race produced someone like him," an envoy from a high-ranking energy race remarked in hushed tones.

The supreme race envoys whispered among themselves, evaluating Victor’s aura with keen eyes.

As Victor walked into the hall alongside Vladimir, he noticed a familiar face approaching from the central guest area. It was the young prince of the spirit race whom Victor had encountered previously on the trial planet. Walking slightly ahead of the prince was a tall, exceptionally handsome, and mature man who wore the grand robes of the Spirit Race royal court.

The mature man approached Victor and halted at a respectful distance, bowing deeply.

"Your highness, we have come to apologize to you personally. This stupid brother of mine offended you previously. And this is a token of our apology," the mature spirit race representative said earnestly, offering a refined spatial ring with both hands.

The young spirit prince standing beside him lowered his head, bowing deeply as well.

"Please forgive me your highness," the young prince said sincerely, his voice lacking any of his former arrogance.

Victor extended his hand and took the spatial ring. He sent a quick thread of spiritual sense inside to check its contents, finding a vast collection of rare cultivation resources, high-grade energy crystals, and precious stellar minerals.

Satisfied with the gesture, Victor nodded calmly.

"Okay," Victor said.

Hearing his response, both spirit race royals visibly breathed a sigh of relief, their shoulders relaxing.

"Let us go and meet with the others," Vladimir said with a light smile, gesturing toward the center of the bustling grand hall.
