Chapter 1939 - 1937: Using Earthfire to Kill Enemies
People were becoming increasingly scarce, Peter Brown carefully made his way inside.
At this point, an attack energy erupting from the ground could be found at any time, and even a sudden burst of flame could occur. Peter saw a young man of the Forty Star Rank swallowed whole by a blast of fire, leaving not even his soul behind.
Of course, Peter was not worried about such a place. He had summoned a Floating Device early on, which allowed him to advance in this area rather conveniently. Although the magic treasure could not fly, as long as there was a bit of wild grass to leverage, the Floating Device was sufficient to move him around, even quickly shifting him from a sudden surge of energy below.
Indeed, Peter had managed to dodge several lethal dangers using this device.
After crossing another location, Peter looked up to see a bright light overhead as a ray of sunlight shot down from the sky.
However, before Peter could ponder further, he spotted a group of people in the direction where the sunlight was shining.
Unexpectedly, there was still a group of people here!
As Peter looked over, his gaze intensified.
Right at the center, he saw a small herb enclosed in a light shield.
Under normal circumstances, it would have been an utterly common herb, but Peter noticed at a glance that the herb now seemed to have its own body. Though called a light shield, the light actually took on a human shape, with various colors of light forming a person’s facial features.
It was extremely peculiar!
