Peter Brown had spent over ten days in the refining room this time, and his refining techniques had significantly improved.

Fondling a magic treasure, a smile appeared on Peter Brown’s face. He had named this magic treasure Heaven-Exploding Thunder, which could be infused with the energy of a 200 Star-rank. The thought of its power if detonated was something Peter Brown dared not contemplate.

Of course, the process of infusing energy was time-consuming, and Peter himself was only at the Seventeen Star Level. He had no idea how long it would take if he were to infuse it with his own energy.

However, Peter had his own schemes. When the time came, he would gather his subordinates; each would infuse one Star-rank of energy. With just two hundred people, the magic treasure would be fully charged.

As soon as Peter Brown emerged, Philips Williams showed up.

"Your Highness, have you finished closed cultivation?" Philips Williams looked at Peter Brown repeatedly.

"You arrived just in time. Gather two hundred eunuchs, the loyal ones, and bring them inside."

Shortly after, Philips Williams’s selected people arrived.

Once everyone was gathered inside, Peter Brown ceaselessly set up the formation disks, and a small formation emerged. After the formation was established, Peter Brown placed the empty Heaven-Exploding Thunder at the center.

With that task complete, Peter Brown told those who could place a palm on ten designated spots, "There’s only one thing you need to do—infuse one Star-rank of your energy into this."

Seeing that everyone understood, Peter Brown nodded slightly and commanded, "Francis Miller, supervise this task."
