Chapter 1407: No One Had Faith in Peter Brown’s Project_1
Peter Brown returned to the town and went straight to Seth Nelson’s office.

Peter Brown then explained the shareholding system of the wine factory and the kiln.
Seth Nelson looked Peter Brown up and down for a while. He certainly knew about the situation in Fruitful Village and was very clear about the condition of the kiln; he did not believe that a clay kiln could create much commotion. Also, who would buy that sour-tasting wine?
When he heard that Peter Brown even secured a certain percentage of shares through Technology Shareholding, Seth Nelson snorted inwardly, thinking this kid really must be dreaming of getting rich. Even if an official does business, should it be done this way?
"The town is facing difficulties; it’s impossible for there to be any investment."
Seth Nelson thought to himself, let this kid mess around for a while; I’ll see how he stirs up trouble and then take care of him all at once. The idea of allocating funds didn’t even cross his mind.
"Leader, I need to go to the county to handle some procedures, so I’m asking for a proof of permission."
"Having ideas for development is good. As long as it involves Poverty Alleviation, we’re supportive. A certification is fine, but all expenses must be raised by yourselves."
Peter Brown then went to report to the county high officials.
