Alan continued eating calmly.

He didn't react to the occasional glances from the people around them. Marie Rose and Latina also ignored the attention and focused on their food.

For a while, nothing unusual happened.

Then—

A young man walked toward their table.

He was dressed neatly and held a folded fan, partially covering his face. His posture was confident as he stopped beside them.

He looked at Marie Rose and spoke politely.

"Miss, may I have the honor of treating you to a meal?" he said. "I have reserved a seat at the upper section of this restaurant."

Marie Rose glanced at him once.

Then she looked away and continued eating.

She didn't respond.

The young man paused.

His eyes dimmed slightly, but he kept his smile.

"Miss, perhaps you didn't hear me," he said, his tone still polite but firmer. "I am from a prestigious clan that controls a part of this city."

Marie Rose still didn't react.

Latina also ignored him.

Alan continued eating as if nothing was happening.

The young man's expression stiffened.

He lowered the fan slightly, revealing a faint frown.

"I am speaking to you," he said.

This time, Marie Rose slowly looked at him.

Her gaze was calm.

"…No," she said simply.

Then she returned to her meal.

The young man stood there in silence for a moment.

His expression turned cold.

People nearby noticed the situation and began watching quietly.

But Alan and the others didn't pay any attention.

They continued eating as usual.

The young man stood there for a few more seconds.

Then his expression changed completely.

The polite look disappeared.

"Fine," he said coldly.

He stepped back slightly and waved his hand.

"Take them," he ordered. "Bring those two with me. Kill the rest."

Several guards who had been standing nearby immediately moved forward.

The people in the restaurant quickly stepped back, creating distance. No one interfered.

Alan paused.

He slowly put down his chopsticks and looked at the young man.

There was no anger in his eyes.

Only a calm, almost indifferent look.

"…You shouldn't have said that," he said.

At the same time—

Marie Rose looked up.

She didn't move from her seat.

But the atmosphere changed.

A heavy pressure spread across the room.

The guards stopped mid-step.

Their bodies froze.

The young man's face stiffened.

Then—

Thud.

One of the guards dropped to his knees.

Then another.

And another.

Thud—! Thud—! Thud—!

Within seconds, all of them were forced down.

The young man's legs trembled before he also collapsed to his knees.

Blood began to flow from their noses, ears, and mouths.

Their bodies shook uncontrollably.

"Agh—!"

"W-what is—!"

They tried to speak, but their voices broke.

Marie Rose looked at them calmly.

She hadn't even stood up.

The pressure alone was enough.

She is after all an Absolute, someone who have reached the level of gods, just her presence is enough to kill anyone who is not transcendent.

The entire restaurant had gone silent.

No one dared to move.

No one dared to step forward.

Alan picked up his chopsticks again and continued eating.

"Finish quickly," he said calmly.

Latina nodded and continued her meal.

Screams filled the background, but no one approached them.

Alan continued eating as if nothing had happened.

Marie Rose and Latina did the same.

The bodies on the ground trembled for a while before going still. Blood spread across the floor, and the smell filled the restaurant. No one spoke.

A few minutes later—

Heavy footsteps were heard outside.

A group of knights entered the restaurant.

Their armor carried a clear insignia—the Phoenix Knights of Pangea.

They stopped as soon as they stepped inside.

Their eyes moved from the bodies on the ground to the three people calmly eating at the table.

One of the knights stepped forward.

"We need to—"

"Stop."

A calm voice interrupted him.

The leading knight, a woman, raised her hand slightly.

He froze.

She didn't move forward.

Her eyes were fixed on Marie Rose.

Then on Alan.

Then Latina.

Her expression remained steady, but her gaze sharpened.

"…Don't interfere," she said quietly.

The other knights looked at her in confusion.

"But—"

"We don't interfere," she repeated.

There was no hesitation in her voice.

She had already understood the situation.

Whoever these people were—

They were far beyond what they could handle.

The knight who stepped forward slowly backed off.

The group remained near the entrance, standing still.

Han Sua, the leader of the Red Phoenix group, looked at them as they ate calmly and wondered who these monsters were.

'I hope that idiot didn't provoke them too much,' she thought.

She watched them quietly. They were eating as if nothing had happened, even smiling and occasionally feeding the small children with them.

She had already learned the reason for the conflict from the others and could only hope they hadn't been seriously offended.

Han Sua remained where she was and continued observing them.

No one in her group moved.

After a few minutes, Alan and the others finished their meal.

Alan stood up and placed the payment on the table.

"Let's go," he said.

Marie Rose and Latina nodded.

They turned and walked toward the exit.

As they passed by the knights, no one tried to stop them. The path was already clear.

Han Sua watched them closely as they walked past her.

At that distance, she could feel it more clearly.

Their presence was controlled, but heavy.

She didn't say anything.

Alan and the others left the restaurant and stepped back onto the street.

Inside, the silence remained for a few seconds.

Then one of the knights spoke quietly.

"…Captain?"

Han Sua looked at the bodies on the ground.

"Call the cleanup team," she said.

"And inform the higher-ups. Report everything exactly as it happened."

The knight nodded and moved quickly.

Han Sua took one last look at the exit.

"…Keep an eye on them," she added.

Then she turned and walked out of the restaurant.
