​Liam grabbed my chin, forcing me to look into his piercing green eyes.
    “Why do you smell like my brother, Scarlett?” he demanded.
    ​My heart pounded against my ribs, but I stayed silent. My refusal to speak only fueled his anger.
    “I am your mate,” he growled, his grip tightening.
