Oh No, Daddy Sent Me To The Beast World!

Chapter 63: You are not my female

But Feng Yiren did not stop.

He was already too deep inside his own suspicion now, and once the fox truly believed he had found something, it became very difficult for him to let it go.

Lin Huahua’s little rat instincts screamed in her chest.

Something was wrong.

Very wrong.

Before she could take another step back and run, Feng Yiren suddenly moved with frightening speed and pinned her to the stone wall.

Lin Huahua gave a startled yelp.

Her back hit the cool cave wall, and before she could even understand what had happened, Feng Yiren was already there in front of her, one arm braced near her head while the other held her in place. The fox beastman was tall and muscular in a lean dangerous way, and standing this close, with his bare chest and hard body crowding her space, he looked overwhelmingly dangerous.

Lin Huahua’s eyes widened.

"What are you doing?" she cried out, immediately lifting both hands to hit at his chest. "Let go of me! What do you mean by acting crazy first thing in the morning?"

But Feng Yiren’s grip was far too strong, and because he was now fully suspicious, he did not soften.

His tall lean body pressed closer until his bare chest was almost touching hers, the heat of his skin burning through the thin space between them, and Lin Huahua could feel every hard line of his muscles, the wild fox scent of him wrapping around her like smoke, making her heart race so fast she forgot how to breathe properly.

"Who are you really?" he demanded in a low, rough voice that sent a strange warm shiver down her spine, his red eyes locked on hers so intensely that Lin Huahua felt her cheeks burn hotter than the morning fire.

Lin Huahua stared at him like he had completely lost his mind. "What do you mean who I am? Let go of me!"

But her voice came out smaller and breathier than she wanted, because his body was so close now, his fox tail brushing against her leg, his warm breath fanning across her flushed face, and the way his hard chest rose and fell against her made something confusing and tingly bloom low in her belly even though she was supposed to be angry.

His face did not change.

"You are not my female," Feng Yiren said in a low voice, and then he turned his head sharply and looked at Mu Qingyi over his shoulder. "Who did you bring home?"

His free hand moved without shame, sliding slowly down her side, fingers pressing just enough to feel the soft curve of her waist through her clothes, then drifting lower to her hip, searching for the mating mark that should have been there, and every touch left a trail of heat on her skin that made Lin Huahua’s white rat ears twitch wildly and her fluffy tail curl tight against the wall in embarrassed little flicks.

Mu Qingyi’s eyes widened in disbelief. "Our female," he said at once.

Feng Yiren’s fox ears twitched sharply. "No," he said, his voice becoming even more certain now. "This is a demon."

For one second, Lin Huahua forgot to struggle from pure confusion.

A demon?

Was this man mad?

The next thing she knew, Feng Yiren had begun checking her with absolutely no shame at all. He was not hurting her, but his hands were searching her in a way that was far too intimate and far too confident, as if he had decided that if this really was some forest demon wearing their female’s face, then he would expose it right now.

Lin Huahua’s face exploded red.

This shameless fox!

His hands moved over her arms, her waist, her sides, too close and too familiar, and because he was already so near, the whole thing became ten times worse. Lin Huahua could feel the heat of his body, the strength in his hands, and the scent of wild fox and male beastman all around her, so how could she not blush?

"Feng Yiren!" she squeaked, half from anger and half from embarrassment. "What are you searching for? Are you mad?"

Without even looking at her properly, Feng Yiren answered, "Mu Qingyi’s mating mark."

Lin Huahua blinked. "What mating mark? I do not have his mating mark."

The moment the words left her mouth, Lin Huahua’s whole face exploded into a deep burning red, her big brown eyes wide and watery, her little white rat ears flattening shyly against her head while her fluffy tail gave nervous, confused twitches between her legs, because even though she was angry, the way his warm fingers kept pressing and sliding over her body felt strangely good and made her heart pound so hard she thought everyone could hear it.

The moment those words came out, Mu Qingyi’s face changed.

That was it.

That was the final straw.

The gentle deer beastman, who was always patient and always calm and always careful, suddenly strode forward with an expression so frighteningly cold that even Lin Huahua’s little rat ears flattened for one second in shock.

Before Feng Yiren could react, Mu Qingyi grabbed him by the hair.

Mu Qingyi’s big hand yanked hard, pulling the fox away from Lin Huahua’s trembling body, but even in his anger the deer beastman still moved carefully, making sure she was not hurt, because no matter how furious he was, his gentle protective heart still put her first.

He grabbed that fox by his bright red hair with so much anger and force that Feng Yiren actually hissed.

Mu Qingyi’s gentle nature had slipped completely and he seemed to look so terrifying in that moment.

"Are you sick?" Mu Qingyi asked, and for the first time his voice carried such terrifying coldness that even Feng Yiren looked stunned.

Mu Qingyi yanked his hair harder, and because he was stronger than he looked when angry, Feng Yiren had no choice but to let Lin Huahua go immediately.
