Chapter 291: Ch-291: Titans (3)

"Huff." Victor took a deep breath as he also felt a tremor, then looked at the girls.

"You all go back. This is going to be dangerous. I won’t be able to save you if you get caught," Victor said.

"Right, we’ll deal with the other titans," Amber said as she left with the others.

"Fuck, I can’t believe that bitch robbed us!" Regal said through gritted teeth as magma dripped from his transformed arm.

His face burned with humiliation as he remembered what had happened to him just a couple of minutes ago. When he woke up with his father, he was confused, but when he saw that all the items and even the storage device had vanished and heard that Cipher had attacked the auction and the city, he understood.

"Those bastards from Cipher even stole our clothes!" Regal gritted his teeth, thinking about how they had been stripped and left with only their underwear. If anyone learned about this, it would be worse than death. They had asked one of the servants to give them clothes and then, without hesitation, ended his life.

"Getting angry won’t do anything. Calm down." Ryan, who was just as furious as his son, maintained a calm and indifferent expression. Even though he was pissed, he knew how to hide his emotions as he looked at the Titans wreaking havoc across the city.

Ryan then pointed toward the Titan and said in an icy voice, "These Titans are the perfect targets to vent your anger on. And don’t fall behind. I can see the other heirs have already engaged with the behemoths. Don’t get left behind, or it will affect our Roshfield Family’s image."

Ryan gave the instructions, but he had no intention of participating, as he had no Warlock Bloodline and wasn’t good at fighting.

Regal’s face turned cold as he stared at the behemoth and nodded. "I understand."

Sizzle!

Bang!

The ground beneath Regal’s feet turned into lava. After Ryan moved away, an explosion occurred, launching Regal like a bullet toward the behemoth.

Bang!

More explosions erupted from his feet as he propelled himself forward and muttered, "Looks like my training paid off."

This was an experiment he had conducted while alone to give his speed a boost.

The moment he was a few meters away from the behemoth, the Titan turned its gaze toward him...

Roar!

With an earth-shattering roar, it punched toward the incoming Regal. Seeing the approaching fist, Regal didn’t panic for even a second. Instead, he gave a cruel smirk as magma began wriggling across his arm and growing in size until it reached the same size as the Titan’s fist.

"Giant Fist of Magma!" Regal shouted as he thrust his fist forward.

The giant magma fist collided with the giant’s fist.

Roar!

The Titan roared in agony as its arm vanished, leaving not even a trace of ash behind.

"Che, its regeneration is insane, and it looks like these monsters also get stronger when hit." Regal clicked his tongue in annoyance and frowned as he watched the arm regrow. He then said in a cold voice, "In that case, I’ll kill you before you can heal!"

Whoosh!

Just as he was about to attack, a pillar of blue flames shot into the sky in the distance, and his pupils constricted.

"Those flames are even hotter than magma," he said in disbelief. He was about to go and investigate, but the Titan blocked his path, forcing them to engage again.

---

"Looks like Regal has also joined the fight," Andrew said, looking at the giant magma fist.

"I was wondering where that guy was. The Roshfield Family wouldn’t miss a chance to play the savior and improve their public image," Rachel said sarcastically.

"We’re no different," Olivia said with a sigh. Then her eyes narrowed as she saw Regal launching one attack after another while the monster continued to grow larger. "And it looks like he hasn’t figured out its weakness."

"Huh? You have, Olivia?" Andrew and Rachel looked at her in surprise and asked.

"Indeed. Look at the glowing orb in its chest."

They turned their heads toward the Titan, which was healing again, and spotted the glowing orb.

"It seems like its heart," Andrew said uncertainly.

"I don’t know if it’s the heart, but I noticed that it protects that area the most, which suggests it must be its weakness," Olivia said in a cold voice, causing both Andrew and Rachel’s eyes to widen.

"Let’s test that theory, shall we?" Rachel said as she looked at her undead dragons and commanded them to attack.

The dragons flew toward the Titan. One bit its arm, another bit its shoulder, and a third clamped onto its leg. Just as another dragon was about to bite its heart, the Titan used its head to block the attack.

Seeing this, cold smirks appeared on Andrew, Rachel, and Olivia’s faces.

"Looks like your guess was right," Rachel said with a smile. Just as she was about to order another attack, a huge pillar of blue flames shot into the sky in the distance.

"Those flames... Don’t they belong to Victor?" Andrew said with his mouth agape. The heat radiating from the flames was so intense that he could feel it even from there, and he began to sweat as he stared at them.

"Looks like he’s getting serious," Olivia said with narrowed eyes.

---

"Damn, it’s too powerful!" Ruby cursed as the entangled vines she had used to bind the Titan and drain its vitality were ripped apart by its sheer strength. The draining effect hadn’t worked either.

Step.

"Let me. Ice Age!" Amber, wearing armor, stepped forward and spoke in a cold voice as she pointed toward the Titan charging at them. The moment those words left her mouth, vast amounts of black ice spread from the soles of her feet toward the black Titan, freezing it instantly before it had any chance to resist and turning it into a black ice sculpture.

Ruby and Ellie, who witnessed this, were stunned into silence, but the shock they received wasn’t over yet, as Amber created a large ice spear and hurled it toward the Titan’s chest.

Shatter!

Not only was the heart, which had been frozen solid, destroyed in one blow, but the entire ice sculpture shattered as well. Amber didn’t stop there, as she turned her head toward two more Titans moving in their direction and repeated the same process.

"How... How is this... possible?" Ruby’s mouth opened and closed, but she couldn’t process what she was seeing. There was pin-drop silence before Ellie finally broke it.

"Holy shit, big sis, you’re amazing! As expected of the woman of the person I admire most!" Ellie said with sparkling eyes, looking at Amber as if she were some kind of goddess.

Valerie and Amber’s lips twitched when they saw this.

Bonk!

"Ouch!" Ellie rubbed her head.

"Behave yourself," Ruby said instinctively. Still wearing the same dumbfounded expression, she asked, "How are you so strong?"

"It’s because of the armor," Amber replied, pointing at it while ignoring Ruby’s jealous look.

"Yeah, right," Valerie snorted, knowing that the armor had nothing to do with it and that Amber herself was the reason for her strength.

Whoosh!

"Looks like darling is also going all out," Amber said, looking at the huge pillar of fire.

Cipher’s Temporary Base

"Damn, they found the weakness so quickly," Julian cursed as he watched Olivia and Amber discover the Titans’ weakness. Unlike him, however, the leader remained calm, his eyes focused on the monitor displaying Victor.

Brandon frowned as he watched Victor through the screens, seeing the blue flames surrounding him. He looked at Julian, who had teleported back, and asked, "Is this the guy who stole your fiancée?"

’Fuck, he didn’t steal that bitch. Don’t make things up,’ Julian cursed inwardly, as he had, while drinking, told them how displeased he was to see Valerie getting close to Victor.

"His name is Victor, and he’s one of the academy’s top Awakeners," Julian said.

"Hmm, this guy is strong," Brandon said, unfazed by Julian’s irritation as he watched the screen with interest.

"Let’s see how strong you really are and whether you can defeat the beast I created with time," Brandon muttered. Looking at the blue flames, he could even feel a hint of danger from here, and a thought popped into his head. ’This guy might be close to Faceless in terms of strength. Sigh, another obstacle for Cipher.’

He rubbed his temples, thinking about Faceless. Even though he had tried to uncover his identity and recruit him, he hadn’t found a single clue.

---

Victor looked coldly at the Titan and unleashed his Yang Flames at 40% power, sending a pillar of blue flames shooting into the sky.

The Titan eyed Victor warily, roared, and swung its fist toward him.

"Heh." Victor raised his hand and hurled a large blue fireball at the Titan.

BOOM!

An explosion erupted, shaking the nearby buildings as if an earthquake had struck the city.
