Chapter 91: Dungeon Master Simulator! Immense Rewards
"Dungeon Master Profession?" Caelus and Sylvia were stunned.
Was this not what they were talking about with Chairman Welt the other day?
"Does that mean we get to spawn dungeons as well?" Sylvia appeared overjoyed.
"I think so," Caelus replied while tilting his head.
"Let’s choose it and see what it’s like," Caelus suggested.
"Okay," Sylvia replied.
Then, they both chose the option, and soon a light burst out from it.
Immediately, a panel appeared before their faces.
[Synchronization complete.]
[Welcome to the Dungeon Master Simulator!]
[Please select one nearby civilization to anchor yourself to.]
[World #408532A83]
[World #083849A01]
[World #2903820A0]
[World #0283482C1]
Seeing this, Caelus cross-checked it with Sylvia.
It turned out they both had the exact same options.
"Which one should we choose?" Sylvia tilted her head.
"We are of course choosing the first one."
Caelus selected the first option.
[World: Tarkov Planet]
[Race: Demi-Humans and Beast Race]
[Would you like to place down dungeons here?]
[Yes] [No]
Caelus clicked ’Yes’, and so did Sylvia. Immediately, a new interface appeared.
[Ding!]
[It is now time for shopping!]
[Dungeons won’t work by themselves. You need mob spawners, you need to decorate your dungeon, put in traps, and set several mana-gathering runes.]
[Ding!]
[You have 65 reputation points.]
[You are Iron II.]
[You can access the Mythical Shop and get a 50% discount on all items.]
[If your reputation points cross the Bronze Rank threshold, the discount will be 75%.]
[Requirements to access the Mythical Shop for each rank:
1. 50 reputation points before Iron III (Iron Rank)
2. 100 reputation points before Bronze III (Bronze Rank)
3. 150 reputation points before Silver III (Silver Rank)...]
"Interesting." Caelus was surprised.
"The reputation points are finally showing some use?"
This was beyond his expectations. To think the reputation points directly affected the item shop of the dungeons.
Curiously, he checked the other requirements as well.
He needed 25 reputation points for Legendary shop, 15 for Epic, 5 for Rare, and 1 for Common.
"Interesting. So not just anyone can make it big in the dungeon simulator." Caelus nodded.
Then, he opened the shop.
There were plenty of items.
Mob spawners for many ferocious beasts, decorations, multiple dungeon layouts like maze-types or narrow roads, lethal dungeon traps, and much more.
They were costly.
But Caelus was hella rich right now.
"But what exactly do we get from planting dungeons?" Caelus tilted his head.
[Ding!]
[For each successful day of survival in another world, you can mine reputation points, Origin Credits, and get random items.]
[The distribution of rewards is random, but your dungeon’s performance can severely affect that randomness. There are visual cues to identify the reward distribution. If it is a white color when you extract, the chances are it will just be reputation points. If it is blue or purple, the chances of getting two items increase and the amount you receive will be higher. If it is golden or multi-rainbow colored, then it will have all three mentioned items, and the amount will be high.]
[There are also streaks.]
[For every 10 consecutive days of survival of your dungeons in another world, you will gain random enhancement items for your combat score or even better rewards and will be able to draw in 10x Mana from the atmosphere.]

[Deducting Origin Credits...]
[Ding! You bought Three-legged Legendary Spider Mob Spawner (Mythical) for 500 Origin Credits.]

Then, a layout appeared. It was a blank canvas where he could input and arrange everything.
With a wave of his hand, the Mausoleum of the First Emperor layout formed on the canvas. It was huge, consisting of two sprawling floors. Following that, he selected the trap he bought, the Gravitational Collapse Zone. When entering, invaders would directly fall into the maws of powerful beasts. Then he placed the mob spawners. He set the spawn level to Tyrant for the trap area, then placed several other spawners all around the dungeon. He decorated the area using the Undying Primordial Soul-Flames, placing them everywhere he virtually could.
It felt like playing a management game. But then again, he lived in a game-like world, so there was nothing unusual about this.
With that, his dungeon modification was complete.
Sylvia was also done.
"It looks really good~" Sylvia commented, seeing Caelus’s imposing dungeon. "I knew you were multi-talented~"
"Yours is good too." Caelus smiled. "But yours looks more like a fancy beauty parlor than a deadly dungeon."
Hers was completely covered in pink with bright, cutesy aesthetics everywhere.
And her choice of monsters were probably the ugliest of them all. Hideous, terrifying monsters roaming a brightly lit, aesthetically beautiful gate. It was jarring.
Just then, a notification appeared.
[Domain opened.]
Seeing this, Caelus and Sylvia quickened their pace. They placed both of their Mythical dungeons in a highly mana-dense area on the map.
[You can extract 1,000 units of mana from here per day.]
[10,000 units are required to open a new server in your world.]
"That is good," Caelus nodded. "To think this Tarkov world would have this much ambient mana."
"They must be strong too," Sylvia added.
"Yeah, but our Mythical dungeons are stronger." Caelus smiled.
"Then, shall we get going?"
"Yes."
Caelus went first, his body digitizing. Sylvia looked at Caelus’s semi-transparent figure and gently reached out to touch it.
[True Progenitor Privilege activated.]
"Caelus... you will always be mine. I will take care of you forever." a beautiful, obsessive smile formed on Sylvia’s face as she gently patted Caelus’s head.
She gently pulled his digitizing form down, placing his head onto her lap where she held onto him tightly. Then, she too turned transparent, logging in.
