They both smiled as they watched their children settle into peaceful harmony. Hand in hand, Matteo and Adrian moved over to sit together on one end of the plush sectional sofa, their shoulders brushing as the conversation naturally turned to their upcoming anniversary.

"I don’t want a grand party or a massive crowd this year," Matteo said softly, his eyes fixed on his husband. "All I want is to spend that entire day with you and our children."

Adrian smiled as he leaned into Matteo’s side. "That sounds perfect to me. Just you, me, and our children, enjoying our quiet world together."

They continued talking about their plans, enjoying the peaceful afternoon together. The hours slipped by until the daylight faded and the soft amber lights of the estate came on. Soon, the sound of footsteps approached, followed by a polite knock.

"Dinner is served, sirs," the chef announced.

Matteo and Adrian stood up and turned toward their children.

"Alright, little ones. Dinner time," Matteo called.

The kids scrambled up eagerly, and they all walked together down the hallway to the dining room.

Once everyone was seated, Alexo immediately began sharing his food with his siblings. Soon, the four children were trading bites, giggling and feeding each other across the table.

Watching them, Matteo couldn’t resist joining in. He leaned back in his chair with a playful pout.

"Hey... what about me? Aren’t you going to feed Daddy too?"

In a split second, all four of them eagerly raised their spoons, holding them out toward him with wide, shining eyes.

"Daddy, take! Daddy, take!" they chorused together.

Matteo smiled broadly, touched by their excitement as he happily accepted a bite from Alexo’s spoon.

Adrian arched an eyebrow with a playful grin. "And what about your papa?"

Without missing a beat, all four children turned and pointed their spoons toward Adrian.

"Papa, take!"

Adrian laughed and leaned forward to take a bite from Havien’s spoon.

"We love our papas!" the children declared cheerfully.

"And we love you more than words can say," Matteo and Adrian replied together.

Between spoonfuls of food, Adrian leaned closer to the children with an exciting announcement.

"By the way, your big cousin Bryan is coming to spend the weekend with us this week. Are you happy?"

"Yay! Bryan!" they cheered together, their faces lighting up with excitement.

Maya had given birth to a healthy baby boy named Bryan a little over a year before Alexo and his siblings were born. He was a year and a few months older than them, and the cousins adored each other. Whenever Bryan came over to play, the house was always louder and happier.

When dinner finally ended, the children wiped their mouths and climbed down from their chairs. They held onto each other as they climbed the stairs, with Matteo and Adrian following closely behind. Instead of heading toward their own rooms, all four of them raced straight toward their parents’ bedroom, laughing loudly as they made a beeline for the door.

Adrian hurried after them, hands on his hips as he reached the doorway.

"Hey! That’s not your room!"

Alexo pushed the door open, and all four of them rushed inside, piling onto the massive king-sized bed with mischievous grins.

"Nope! We’re sleeping here tonight!" they declared together.

Matteo walked in behind Adrian, a smile on his face as he looked at the children taking over their bed.

"Alright, alright," Adrian relented with a soft laugh. He picked up the landline on the bedside table and called the household staff. "Please bring the kids’ pajamas up to our bedroom."

Once the pajamas arrived and the children had changed, they all climbed into the middle of the large bed. As expected, they didn’t fall asleep right away. They whispered, giggled, playfully argued over the pillows, and moved around the bed until, one by one, they grew tired and their eyes slowly began to close.

Matteo lay on his side of the bed, looking across the sleeping children at Adrian on the other side. The soft lamplight cast a warm glow over their little faces.

"Thank you, Adrian," Matteo whispered, his voice thick with emotion. "For giving me a home I never thought I could have."

Adrian looked across the sleeping children at him, his eyes glistening with tears. "And thank you for giving me the family I always dreamed of."

Matteo reached across the sleeping children and gently took Adrian’s hand, his fingers intertwining with his. His eyes held nothing but love as he whispered, "I will love you and our kids for the rest of my life. No matter what happens, you will always be my home."

Adrian squeezed Matteo’s hand, holding his gaze. "And you will always be mine. I love you, Matteo."

Matteo raised himself slightly and kissed the back of Adrian’s hand.

"I love you so much."

Adrian smiled softly. "I love you more."

In the end, they had found what they had always been searching for.

Family.

Love.

And a home where they could finally be happy.

They had come a long way to reach this moment. Through everything they had faced, they had found their way back to each other and built a life filled with love, laughter, and memories they would treasure forever.

They had become the parents they always wanted to be, giving their children the love and happiness they deserved.

And after everything they had been through, they finally had the life they had fought so hard to build.

They had found their home in each other.

Slowly, Matteo and Adrian settled back against their pillows. Alexo and Havien curled up close to Adrian, while Xylena and Xaviera snuggled against Matteo.

Before closing their eyes, both fathers leaned over and kissed each of their children’s foreheads.

Matteo wrapped his arms around his children, while Adrian held the boys close to him.

Surrounded by the family they had built together, they finally closed their eyes and drifted off to sleep.

In the end, they found their family.

In the end, they found their happiness.

And in the end, love won.

I’ve been seeing a lot of questions about when Prince Raphael and Frank will appear in the Elisha and Henry story, so let me clarify.

Prince Raphael and Frank are supporting characters, not the main leads. The main story is about Henry and Elisha, so their story needs to come first.

You also already know a lot about Frank from the previous book. Because of that, Frank’s role in this story is mainly to give his character the closure he deserves. So please don’t expect to see him or Prince Raphael immediately.

And just to be clear, Prince Raphael and Henry are not dating. 😂
