Chapter 117: Grimoire Of Heaven
"Umm, Adal, why are there goblins in the library?"
After speaking to Willow, the woman rushed back to the Velvet Curtain Theatre to retrieve her things and bring them back to the library.
That left Adal to explain to Penelope and Juliette, in the meantime, why two goblins were sitting by a table.
The two women watched as the siblings sat together, attempting to read a book written for ten-year-olds. They stuttered over every word, clearly displaying their lack of education.
Adal scratched his head.
"They are good goblins. Well, at least the woman is. The male, I could see causing problems for us in the future, but it will be a good challenge. If we keep him in check, he can do good work for us around the library."
Penelope and Juliette shot each other sceptical glances, but it was the green-haired woman who spoke.
"I don’t want to challenge your decisions, but don’t you think that perhaps hiring a human might have been better?"
"Perhaps," Adal answered. "However, the Torn Kingdom could do with some diversity in this day and age, especially with the sun elves taking over."
Juliette nodded her head. Being the Sanctuary Bride, it was her job to make others feel welcome. She wasted no time heading over to the goblins and introducing herself. The two siblings warmed up to her immediately.
Meanwhile, Penelope remained with Adal. She wore a look of scepticism on her face.
Adal placed an arm around the woman’s shoulder and pulled her close. Her cheeks blushed.
"Do not stress, Penelope. Go on, get to know them. I am leaving it up to you to make Frogg learn the ways of being a respectable lady."
"Frogg?"
"Yes, that is the woman’s name. Do you think you can do that for me?"
Penelope hesitated for a few moments. However, as she watched Juliette interact with the goblin girl, she could not deny that she seemed to be a joyful spirit.
Who am I to judge others? she thought to herself, before activating her skill, Redemptive Pain. She felt the familiar pain flow through her, and at the same time, her body felt stronger.
With that, she made her way over to the goblins and introduced herself too.

Whilst the newcomers were acquainting themselves with his women, Adal made his way upstairs.
It was time to examine his quests, the store, and his new item.
First, he started with the store.
One of the items stood out to him more than any of the others. That was because it was linked to something that the goblin Frogg had so desperately wanted.
Staff Of Terra: a staff that grants a great affinity to earth magic, regardless of one’s class.
It cost 2,000 credits; however, Adal only had 300 credits. If he wished to purchase it for the woman, he would need to complete some of his quests. So, that was what he checked next.
There were two quests there waiting for him.
[Make three women orgasm in the span of 24 hours]
[Reward ~ 2000]
[Make a Queen orgasm]
[Reward ~ 3000]
The first quest was not too difficult. With the number of women he now had in his harem, it would not be much of a task to pleasure each of them in a single day. His body could definitely handle it, after all.
As for the quest to bring a queen to orgasm, that would prove more difficult. The only queen that Adal was currently associated with was Queen Talindra Redwind, the Sun Elf Queen who was currently ruling over the Torn Kingdom.
The queen had listened to Adal pleasuring Nimrodel, so she was well aware of his prowess; however, she was married to a powerful king. If he wished to bring such a woman to orgasm, it would require a lot of work and carefulness.
He decided he would focus on the other quest first, and then deal with the queen when the opportunity presented itself to him.
...
Finally, Adal summoned the Heaven’s Grimoire. As he did, a white book suddenly appeared out of thin air and landed in his hand. On its cover was a golden symbol depicting a mother holding a baby.
He recognised it as the same image from the statue he had seen when meeting the Goddess of Lust. It made Adal wonder: just who was The Mother?
He opened the holy book.

Interesting, but this will not be good enough.
Adal closed the book again and placed it on his desk. Then, he placed his hand on top of it.
He had stored a lot of Lustful Mana within his body, so without wasting any time, he pumped the Grimoire full of it.
Immediately, the book began to glow.
Adal continued until his body was drained of the majority of its mana. He felt tired and wanted to collapse to the ground, but luckily, he had enough energy to open the book again.
Once he did, he was much more pleased with what he had seen.
