Chapter 2581 - 2580: Energy Block
Ling Feng was overjoyed; though he had many women by his side, only a few were pregnant. He hadn’t expected that less than two months into his marriage with Li Chunxi, she would already be expecting!
Upon hearing this news, Li Chunxi was equally stupefied.
She was a pampered princess, never imagining she’d become a mother so soon. The sudden news left her dumbfounded.
After a moment of daze, Li Chunxi suddenly panicked a bit: "What should I do? I don’t know how to be a mother!"
Looking at her still youthful face, Ling Feng smiled and said: "You can learn if you don’t know. You still have seven or eight months. This time is for you to shift your mindset from being a child to becoming a mom!"

Li Chunxi drew out her voice and buried herself in Ling Feng’s arms, pouting, "But I’m still very nervous inside."
"I understand, but don’t worry too much. I’m here with you!"
Ling Feng smiled and patted her back gently.
With Ling Feng’s encouragement, Li Chunxi indeed felt much calmer.
Then, she looked up at Ling Feng: "I won’t stay at home these days. Wherever you go, I’ll go too!"
"Sure!"
Ling Feng nodded, his eyes full of affection.
In the days that followed, Li Chunxi was like his little shadow, following Ling Feng wherever he went. Sometimes, when the environment outside wasn’t good, she’d stay in the miniature spaceship watching Ling Feng through the screen, her eyes never leaving him.
Of course, they weren’t together 24/7 because when Li Huang learned of his daughter’s pregnancy, he was overjoyed and arranged for a dozen or so maids to take care of her.
In her spare time, Li Chunxi learned a lot about pregnancy and childbirth from these servants.
Time slowly passed, and everything was moving in a beautiful direction.
One day, Ling Feng was at the construction site of the university in the Capital City, watching as the houses were completed and the installation of the subsequent facilities was about to begin.
At this pace, it wouldn’t be long before the entire university could be put into use.

At that moment, the voice of Ling Yun’s system suddenly came through Ling Feng’s earpiece: "Master, Miss Xiangxue is looking for you."
"Put her through!"
Ling Feng said.
Immediately, Xiangxue’s voice came through the headphones: "Brother Ling, what are you doing?"
"I’m at the school’s construction site. What’s up?" Ling Feng asked.
"Yeah, there’s something!"
Xiangxue nodded and said, "Can you come to Antarctica? I have something to discuss with you!"
"Oh, alright."
Ling Feng didn’t think much of it and nodded in agreement. After going back to Li Chunxi’s quarters to tell her he’d be going to Antarctica, he headed out.
Li Chunxi didn’t say much, nodding, "Go ahead; I won’t go. The light there is too dim; I’m afraid it’s not good for the baby."
Seeing her now, looking very much like a soon-to-be mom, Ling Feng smiled helplessly: "Alright, I’ll try to return as soon as possible."
After speaking, he left the quarters and headed straight for Antarctica.
Upon flying there and reaching the ice field, Ling Feng teleported into the Underground City.
The place was bustling, with people busy with work and life, almost like a small city.
And almost everyone here knew Ling Feng, as he had led these people out of hardship. Upon seeing him, everyone spontaneously bowed to express their respect.
Ling Feng greeted everyone on his way and soon reached Xiangxue’s residence.
Her house wasn’t different from the others, except for a shiny crystal hanging above the door to signify the resident’s identity.
Xiangxue wasn’t someone obsessed with power, so her residence was simple, with only some basic furniture.
Once inside, Ling Feng immediately asked, "What is it that required me to come in person?"
"Yes!"
Xiangxue nodded: "Brother Ling, we’ve discovered some strange things underground!"
"Hmm?"
Ling Feng was surprised, then asked, "What have you found?"
"Some yellow square crystals, about the size of a human head; they’re quite peculiar," Xiangxue said.
"Really? Then take me to see them."
Ling Feng said and immediately turned to head outside.
Xiangxue followed him, leading the way. They quickly left the city area.
Once outside in the wilderness, seeing the crops on the land growing and soon to be harvested, Ling Feng nodded in satisfaction. Soon, they’d be self-sufficient here.
Xiangxue kept walking without pausing. Ling Feng followed, asking, "How did you discover something under the ground?"
"It was quite by accident. Some mischievous kids from our tribe were playing outside and found something peculiar on the ground. They started digging and discovered the crystals deeper down. You’ll understand once you see it!" Xiangxue explained.
"Alright!"
Ling Feng asked no more, following her as they continued.
They didn’t go far — just over a thousand meters — before Ling Feng saw a pit on the ground.
It was a man-made pit, dark below, with only a passageway for one person to enter.
Xiangxue crouched and jumped down, and Ling Feng quickly followed her.
Once they went down over a meter, Ling Feng saw a tunnel in the rock.
This tunnel seemed naturally formed, without any signs of manual excavation.
After crawling just a few meters inside, the terrain started sloping down.
Xiangxue led, with Ling Feng following. Several dozen meters underground, they quickly reached a very spacious cave.
There, Ling Feng instantly saw a mass of yellow crystals embedded in the rock.
Stepping forward to touch one, it felt smooth and warm, and he could clearly sense the energy surging within. Ling Feng was momentarily stunned.
Then he told Xiangxue: "I know what this is!"
"Oh? What is it?" Xiangxue asked.
"This is an energy block; the energy inside can power spaceships!"
Ling Feng said, turning to look at the countless crystals surrounding him, squinting his eyes: "Finding so many at once is practically a miracle!"
