Chapter 447 - 445:“Oblivion”.
At the same time Malachi was facing off against 4, Paku himself had finally caught up to 2, the tiny furball looking significantly disproportionate in size compared to his opponent.
"A little rat dares to stand in the way of Master’s plan?" The voice of the one numbered 2 rang out in what would’ve passed for disdain if these guys actually had any form of emotion in their intents.
"Heh! Master this. Master that. Is that all you fuckers know how to say? Can’t come up with something else? Or is the fact that you bitches don’t have any mouth to talk the reason you’re parroting Master like your lives depended on it?" The furry creature didn’t even bother holding back as he shot back at 2.
"Your ignorance is the reason you shall fall."
KARANG!!!
The sounds of chains twisting and clashing against each other rang out through the region as the harbinger launched his golden chain forward.
"BRING IT!!" Paku roared as his form enlarged, a fist shooting out to meet the attack, but—
CRAAAACKKK!!!!!!
Just like Malachi before, the attack tore through his right arm, smashing into the chest of the now massive creature as it tore a hole right through him.
ROOOOOOARRRRRRRRR!!!!!!
A roar of pain tore out of the throat of Paku as he retaliated with another punch, his left arm leaving trails of white as it shot toward the figure of the stationary 2.
HONG!!!
A golden light bathed the figure of the harbinger as the phantom image of a chain wound itself tightly around the body of the harbinger.
BANG!!!
Paku’s attack collided in devastating fashion with the barrier, but to no avail.
"It is futile."
WOOOSHHHHH!!!!
A second chain manifested itself in the left arm of 2 as he swung it out with a violent force.
BOOOOMMMMMM!!!!
The chain slammed hard into the behemoth, sending its massive body flying.
ROOOOOARRRRRRRR!!!!!
Paku roared out in outrage as he reappeared, unrelenting.
BOOOM!!! BOOOM!! BOOOM!!
Fist after fist, the gigantic creature delivered devastating attacks that rained down on 2 with unending force.
The shockwaves from the attacks were shaking the space the two were in. It was fortunate enough that this region was a dead zone, as the shockwaves were turning whatever they touched into space dust.
Yet—
"It is all futile." The apathetic voice of 2 was all that could be heard as the being remained untouched, the phantom chain around his body mitigating whatever Paku threw at him.
But his own attacks—they were effective.
Multiple holes had opened up on the kaiju-like creature, his breathing was turning heavy, and his blood was floating weightless within space as it had already become a mini lake surrounding him.
"Your fate has already been decided. Your punishment, already fixed." 2’s voice was like that of a judge passing out a verdict. He could feel it; anyone could—Paku was at his limits.
2’s attacks intensified. The damage Paku received multiplied. The chains of the harbinger weren’t just dealing physical damage; no, they were dealing mental pressure as well. With each strike, with each hit received, a force pressed down hard on the psyche of the giant beast. A pressure coercing him to submit. A force pressuring the beast to accept his fate. To accept his judgment. Yet—
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!" Paku merely laughed.
His attacks, though still futile, didn’t relent.
With each hit he received, he dealt a heavier one back. With each pressure on his mind, he dealt another heavy hit, until—
HUMMM!!!
A burning crimson flame began burning up the behemoth’s arm.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!" Paku’s laughter began changing.
From amusement to frustration.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" From frustration to dissatisfaction.
The crimson flame had already covered his entire form at this moment, his aura reaching levels that made the harbinger’s gaze finally harden as he realized something had gone terribly wrong, but—
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!" It was already too late as Paku’s laughter turned into one of unmitigated fury!
"YOU INSUFFERABLE INSECT!!!!!!" With a terrifying roar of anger, the beast let loose another punch. But this one was different.
With his arm burning a crimson fiery flame, the punch shattered the fabric of space wherever it passed as it descended upon the harbinger.
"IMPOSSIBLE!" 2 called out in disbelief as a golden aura erupted out of him, the phantom chain image expanding into a gigantic bell-like structure that shielded the man, but—
CLAAAAAAANGGGGGGG!!!!!!
Paku’s fist connected with a terrifying impact as shockwaves swept through the surrounding regions, the very space fracturing like fragile glass as—
CRAAACKKK!!! The bell-like structure cracked and then—
SHATTER!!!!
Shattered into tiny golden fragments, 2 being sent flying into the farther reaches of space.
Paku, now burning like a crimson flare, didn’t relent. With a single step, the massive creature appeared right behind the diminutive flying figure of the harbinger 2.
SWIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!
Space fractured like weak glass as another burning fist descended like judgment from the heavens upon the harbinger.
"CHAINS OF ATONEMENT!!" 2 roared out as his two chains spun in impossible fashion, wrapping themselves around his frame as he braced for impact.
BOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!
The fist landed like the apocalypse itself as the chains that had seemed indestructible earlier were swiftly broken and 2 was directly reduced to blood mist.
"Little bastard. You think you can escape?" Paku grinned viciously as the two tiny horns on his head grew to over 20 feet long, the point at which they touched shining a brilliant red light as a malevolent energy gathered at the point.
"DIE!!!" With a sickening grin, he let loose the charged-up beam into the distance.
WOOOOOOOSHHHHHHH!!!
The beam tore through the distance at speeds surpassing light as it arrived at a different region of space.
"IMPOSSIBLE!!!!! A SOVEREIGN HAS NO BUSINESS BEING IN SUCH A DISTRAUGHT REGION OF THIS UNIVERSE!!!" The harbinger roared out in frustration as he felt the beam appear like a ghost behind him.
"INSOLENT CREATURE!!! DON’T THINK YOU CAN TAKE MY LIFE SO CASUALLY!!!"
"FINAL ATONEMENT: SOUL SACRIFICE!" With one mighty roar, the light threads sewing the mouth of the harbinger came undone as he opened his mouth, an unholy chant beginning to echo through the region as a terrifying presence threatened to descend, but before it could—
WENG!!! The beam of light washed over the harbinger’s frame.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOO—" The cry was swiftly cut short as the beam vaporized the harbinger out of existence, Paku appearing right at the spot the harbinger had just been.
He raised his head, eyes burning a flaming red, "Heh! Trying to show yourself so soon? Don’t worry, even if you didn’t come for us, for the fact that you went after Absolute’s woman, I’m sure we’ll be coming for you." His gaze stayed locked onto the distance, almost as if he could see beyond the norm, holding that look until eventually—
"I guess it’s time to head back. I wonder if those guys are already done." Space folded inward as he used Dante’s attainments in spatial manipulation, spatial displacement taking him away.

Almost at the same time Paku and Malachi were having their battles, a different confrontation was currently going on within this desolate region of space.
Sulvan stood silent as he leveled a placid gaze at the harbinger with the tag 1 on his forehead, the two getting in an impromptu staring contest, with neither eager to move first.
"Do you think any good will come from standing in the way of my Master’s plan?" 1 finally decided to break the silence as he asked.
Silence was the only reply he received from Sulvan.
"You, that thief, and all you hold dear—damnation is all that awaits. For the fact that you dare lay hands on something that belongs to my Master, you cannot possibly escape judgment." The harbinger shook his head as the golden chain wrapped around his arm slowly loosened before splitting into not one, not two, but five equally devastating chains.
The moment they appeared, space lost its integrity, the zone around him being turned into a dead gray area where nothing was allowed to exist.
The aura coming off of 1 was something none of the others could’ve compared to even if they were combined.
It would seem the numbers on their heads weren’t just for identification. Yet even then, even when feeling the suffocating pressure coming off of the harbinger, Sulvan remained silent.
His eyes hadn’t wavered. His posture hadn’t shifted. In fact, he didn’t seem like he’d felt anything from the harbinger, as he kept his placid gaze settled on the being before him.
"You’re strong, mortal. I acknowledge that. So, I shall allow you some last words before passing my judgment. After all, the strong deserve some res—"
"It seems the others are done. Good." Sulvan’s apathetic voice interrupted the unending speech coming from the harbinger.
"Hmmm? Are those your last—"
"Do you know who you stand before?" Sulvan asked, ignoring the being’s words.
"You stand before the First Apostle of he who is bound to be the one above all. You stand before the bearer of the ABSOLUTE’S will. And yet you dare talk about judgment." Sulvan shook his head softly, his arm reaching for his bladeless sword.
"Truly, the ignorance of mortals knows no bounds. If you truly understood the one whose will you go against, you would not—"
"I am Sulvan Entros, First Apostle of the ABSOLUTE." Sulvan continued, uncaring for the feelings of the harbinger.
"I am Sulvan Entros, bearer and executor of the WILL of the ABSOLUTE."
It felt like reality paused at the declaration of the man as he continued without losing a beat:
"For my Master’s will is INEVITABLE, therefore I... must be INEVITABLE." His aura deepened.
"For my Master’s will is IMMEASURABLE. Therefore I... must be IMMEASURABLE."
A horrifying pressure suddenly fell upon the entire region as even the aura coming off of the harbinger 1 was thoroughly suppressed, the harbinger himself falling to a single knee.
"What... what is happening??" Confusion colored the voice of the being as it suddenly found itself suppressed so thoroughly movement became an impossibility, but Sulvan didn’t care.
"For my Master’s will is ABSOLUTE. Therefore I must exist only below THAT, but ABOVE ALL ELSE."
SHHHHHINK!!!
With a slow and deliberate pull, he unsheathed the bladeless hilt, but now, a dark-red flame burned as the blade of the sword. Reality lost its meaning around the burning blade as Sulvan gave the harbinger an apathetic look:
"You have dared to covet that which you should not."
"And for that, you have been judged."
"FOOLISHNESS!!! YOU DO NOT JUDGE THE HARBINGERS OF PENANCE!!! WE ARE THE JUDGES OF LIFE AND DEATH!!! HOW DARE YOU!!!" The harbinger roared out as the light thread sewing its mouth shut came undone, but Sulvan, as always, cared little to nothing as he continued without missing a beat:
"Your sentence..." He raised his blade high, eyes locking onto the rage-filled gaze of the harbinger, and then—
"Oblivion." He brought the blade down.
A terrifying line of dark red painted the bleak void of space as wherever the blade passed, reality was swiftly deleted from existence.
The attack landed on the harbinger, and the man wasn’t even allowed a scream as he was swiftly erased. No dramatic explosions. No final moves. Just one attack and done.
Reality seemed to glitch for a moment as the world corrected itself, erasing whatever should’ve ever been known to have existed of said being.

A soft click rang out as Sulvan returned the blade to its sheath, space folding as the man disappeared from his spot with not so much as a change in expression over his victory.
Silence returned to this region as a massive fissure of dark red that could be seen for light-years out became the only evidence that a being had been completely erased from existence within this dead region.
