“What’s this?”
Su Ya stared at the small USB drive in her hand. The words "TOP SECRET" were scrawled crookedly on its back, giving it an inexplicable air of mystery.
She was considering handing it over to Chu Mengyao at the front desk when Ling Ning’s voice called out, “Xiao Ya, what are you doing over there? Come here quickly.”
“Oh~”
Responding to Ling Ning, Su Ya casually slipped the USB drive into her apron pocket. She decided to first finish watching Ling Ning’s demonstration and hand over the USB later when she had time.
Meanwhile, Wei Suozhai, who had been chatting with Chu Feng, suddenly received a phone call. Checking the screen, he saw it was from his guild leader, reminding him of his original purpose for going out that afternoon.
“Hey, are you coming to the raid or not? If not, I’ll find someone else.”
“I’m on my way to the internet café now. Just give me ten more minutes, Guild Leader. I’ll definitely be there.”
“Fine, ten minutes. And remember: suit up, polish your shoes, keep your socks hidden, shave, and drink water that costs at least five yuan. No instant noodles! Order proper takeout. Don’t embarrass our guild, got it?”
“Guild Leader, you can count on me. I’m all set.”
Hanging up, Wei Suozhai felt a little embarrassed. “Sorry about that, the guild leader needs me for a raid. I’ll head out first. Let’s catch up another time.”
“Alright.”
Chu Feng watched as the suited-up Wei Suozhai left, a tinge of envy flashing in his eyes. Money was tight for him, so he had been raiding in women’s clothing lately. After celebrating Miss Qian Xu’s (?) birthday, he planned to save up for a proper suit.
Raiding in women’s clothing just felt like losing a part of himself.
Wei Suozhai bolted toward the nearby internet café, fortunately just a few dozen meters away from the café. He arrived quickly, adjusted his outfit, and walked in confidently. The moment people saw his attire, they knew he was here for a raid.
He booted up, logged in, and joined the raid—all in one smooth motion. He was a standout among the guild members.
Time always flies during raids. By the time Wei Suozhai noticed, the sun had already set. As usual, today’s raid was filled with bad luck, and all the loot was junk. But he was used to it and didn’t mind. Returning home to study materials seemed like a better plan.
Speaking of study materials, Wei Suozhai suddenly remembered: hadn’t his sister handed him the “Training Yuri USB” earlier?
Realizing something was off, Wei Suozhai instinctively reached into his suit pocket. It was empty—nothing was there.
Recalling the café earlier, he vaguely remembered kicking something. If nothing else, that must’ve been the USB he had accidentally dropped.
When he returned to the café, he found it already closed. He was too late. Why did it have to turn out like this? Losing that USB left him with only one remaining.
As Wei Suozhai began questioning his life choices, someone appeared behind him.
Chu Feng, looking puzzled, asked, “What are you doing here so late?”
“N-Nothing. By the way, have you seen a USB drive? A plain one with the words ‘TOP SECRET’ written on it?”
“A USB drive? I don’t think so. I didn’t find anything while cleaning. Is it important? Do you want me to help you look for it?”
“N-No, that’s okay. It’s probably lost somewhere else.”
Wei Suozhai forced a bitter smile. Under no circumstances could Chu Feng find out about that USB. If he did, Wei Suozhai’s reputation might completely collapse.
“I see~ Well, I’ll head back now. I’ve got class tomorrow.”
Watching Chu Feng walk away, Wei Suozhai resolved to retrace his steps and see if he could find any clues.

Su Ya, back in her dormitory, collapsed onto her chair, completely drained. She hadn’t felt too tired while working that afternoon, but after resting for a bit, waves of exhaustion began washing over her.
She was grateful to have solved the dinner problem at the café. Otherwise, she might’ve skipped dinner altogether.
Su Ya admired Ling Ning’s stamina. After working all afternoon, Ling Ning still looked perfect—not a trace of fatigue. She even drove Su Ya back to school afterward.
“Xiao Ya, why do you look so exhausted?”
“Because I got a taste of working life this afternoon,” Su Ya replied weakly.
“Work? Where? Don’t tell me it’s…”
“Ugh, what are you thinking? It was at a maid café—where Ling Ning works.”
“Oh~” Lu Muyuan seemed deep in thought, her eyes flashing with a hint of regret. Su Ya in a maid outfit, along with Ling Ning… If she had taken pictures, they could’ve sold for a lot of money.
She felt like she’d missed out on a fortune.
Letting out a long sigh of relief, Su Ya grabbed her bag to check her phone for messages. Instead, she found the small USB drive.
Wasn’t this the USB she’d picked up? She had forgotten to hand it over to Chu Mengyao. But why was it in her bag?
Su Ya suddenly remembered something Ling Ning had said in the changing room: “You dropped something, so I put it in your bag.”
This wasn’t hers, though. She’d have to take it back to the café when she had time.
Still, this USB seemed awfully mysterious. What kind of USB has “TOP SECRET” written on it? Could it contain something scandalous?
After some hesitation, Su Ya decided to plug the USB into her laptop. She knew it wasn’t the right thing to do, but curiosity and a strange feeling compelled her. Something in her gut told her that not looking would be a loss.
Glancing at Lu Muyuan, who was absorbed in her soap opera, and noting that the Li sisters hadn’t returned from dinner yet, Su Ya quietly opened the USB.
“I’ll just take one look and close it!”
Su Ya silently promised herself.
